It's an a***ole out of India trying to frighten you into paying money. He will say anything. He used all sorts of profanities when I told him I knew it was a scam , and he then called my number 46 times. No joke. He's just an a***ole seeing if he can harass you into paying him money. Ignore him.

Recieved a call from this number couldn't understand the persons name. but he says i woed back taxes, i told him i just recieved income taxes and they are scams then i hung up

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

Just received a call from this number asking for Michelle Davies, I told him that there wasn't anyone by that name and he goes are you sure? I said I have been with the company for 15 years and yes I was sure and I hung up on him. He called two more times - I didn't pick up (caller ID)

I received a call from 1-646-807-3347. This is a scam. They are calling me all day at my work number and my cell phone. Some guy named Jimmy Chambers claiming to be with FBI and has some legal matter for me. THIS IS SCAM! I just sent a report to my IT department and they are running a trace on my phone line. 1-646-807-3347; THEY ALSO WILL CALL FROM 214#'S
