Got a message from my work manager that a Suzanne  from this phone number, 312 834 3319, called in reference to a subpoena for court regarding an old credit card of mine.  They said that they sent me mail and repeated phone calls all of which I never received.  They also refused to give me their information such as their address and hung up on me.  Suzanne became very agitated when I told her that I have legal representation for this card.  If somebody has any info on them, or there whereabouts, plz post!

Received a call at my place of employment SATING i WAS GOING TO BE SERVED WITH COURT PAPERS! For a credit card 7 years ago that I never had. Upon returning a call to this number the women who answered the phone never identified the name of the company.

They are criminals, usually operating out of India or another offshore location out of the jurisdiction of U.S. law enforcement. They're effectively running an extortion scam, attempting to frighten and intimidate people into paying money they don't owe.

I received two calls this week, actually both come into phone a private number, but tell me to call the 312 number back and ask for so and so. Well they dont say who they are, there business, but they did say the tried to serve me legal papers and where not sucessful, to call back and let them know a more convient time. The first time they called they said I missed a phone deposition, and I need to call back or they are taking legal action. I was never notified of any depostion about anything. Both times they stated the date and said this is noted as a legal try to contact me. How can it be legal if they leave a message and dont even know its the right person. Is any of this legal? Does anyone know? And if not who do I turn too?All they would have to do is state there business name so I would know.
