I filed a complaint with the IC3 over a year ago and received a request for additional information, but I never received an update. I think the best thing that can happen is to have as many people as possible file complaints.

Does anyone know anyway of getting your money back? Has anyone spoken with a lawyer? I have filed a complaint with the New York BBB, the FTC, IC3, and my local police department and Attorney General, but I still do not know what I can do about my money. I am trying to work with my credit card company, but they are trying not to pay.

This is a scam.  A few days after the cred card charges were "paid off" by them, they "bounced" and Ms. Minder's number went busy all the time.

Stay away from this!
Same scam?

I have no idea where to go from here. I have tried to work with my credit card company, but they have told me to file a complaint with the federal trade commission. I did just that last week, but I have not received a response. There has to be some way to get some of the money back. I wish there was a way we could trace the bank accounts. My credit card company would let the payments clear for ten days before saying the bank wouldn't authorize them. If you find any more information out, please let me know.

This is a credit card fraud scam. I am actually the stupid one who signed up for employment with them. They paid my credit card balance off and had me purchase I phones for them and shipped them to Russia. Once that transaction posted we completed the process again, my balance was paid off and I purchased and shipped more I phones. Now ten days into the process, they have canceled the payments on card. The balance is now over $15,000 and they have ten thousand dollars worth of merchandise. I do not even know where to go from here.
