Alert, this is a complete scam.  They paid off my credit card twice. Just to find out yesterday that the first payoff amount was returned.  I already shipped their items twice. So now, im basically gonna be owing my credit card company -$4500.  Lets us all take these criminals down.  Im starting with the NY police, then the FBI, and see if they can catch Monica Mitchell.  Oh about her, she doesn't answer the phone anymore. I also have the names of the individuals i shipped the items to in Russia.  So everyone that just read this, please help me take these people down.  I need your help because i could've kept quite for you to get scammed also.  Im in Charlotte, nc. Lets see if we can get a new york city police officer to this address when Monica Mitchell answers the phone.  20 West 18th Street, New York 10011.   The names of the criminals in Russia are Ljudmila Vasileva and Georgiy Abanin.  Address Building 25, korp. 27 Anapskoe Shosse St. Novorossijsk, Russian Federation 353907.   Please help me so we can bring them to justice by emailing keabanetwork@gmail.com

Sir, how did you find out that the international company is legitimate or not. You are saying that you did an international search, can you please inform us how did you do that search. If I personally want to check it out, how can I do that on my own.

They just gave me their account and routing number to pay down my credit card debt. Im afraid of what's going to happen on Monday when and if my outstanding balance is paid off. Not sure what to do.... Any ideas. I hope someone figured this out fast.  I applied for the job through Craigslist.

Have been dealing with these people for a week knowing they are not legitimate.  I am a published author, and well I love a good mystery so I checked them out. My research and queries resulted in the following:

1. Poor grammatical structure of web page, documents and correspondence.
2. Web page is amateurish in appearance, no links, poor photos and layout.
3. Did an international search. Company on paper only.
4. Credit card aspect is highly suspicious. Why would they want a "charged card" maxed
card only? Then pay it off and give an automatic commission? Smells like money
laundering to me and the money could be going to countries for nefarious activities.
5. Taxes and fees on exports and imports are not that much, so how can a company be
profitable if that is the only reason they want to do business in the U.S.?
6. Without an interview process, background check etc. it makes it clear they are
only interested in moving money and hiding it behind merchandise. There is no risk to
them as YOU are the one buying, shipping and laundering THEIR money. If you get
caught, I guarantee they will be no where to be found.  You however, will have their
credit card (phony company card), a bank account, merchandise and shipping labels,
not good, not good at all.

Finally I am sending this whole thing to my local news station and have them investigate.
Look people, I know times are tough, but, don't jump on this "easy money" train, because
when it wrecks, as all scams do, you will be on the injured list. Hang in there, do your best with what you have to work with, know that tomorrow will be better than today and hard work always pays off in a multitude of ways. Remember, volunteering in your community, no matter what it is, lifts your soul, gives people hope and is the best and most honest form of networking that there is.

Its a scam simply because NONE of us applied to them, but we are instantly hired with no background or drug test. Yea the are saying they will do a background check AFTER they hire you but then they would have to get your SOCIAL security number...again not ONE of us applied to them but yet she is calling and hiring all of us.You never meet anyone, no interview....

DO NOT GET SCAMMED GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been receiving emails from the same company and the same person Monica Mitchell. I filled the application last week and she called me saying that she would send the starters job description, the explanation of how they work, etc., etc.,   I got it today and before anything checked whether there wer any postings related to it and that's how I found you guys... I'm supposed to be on trial for the first 3-4 weeks at which point they will review my performance...

I received a job offer as well. It all sounds too fishy for me. I rescinded my application - actually I never applied. They just hired me. I don;t know what it is, but all the paperwork they sent and the effort they put in just to look legit- seems fake. Just a gut feeling. Monica - ha. I'm sure that's not her name.
Here's another scamwarn - verbatim as this one filed a few months ago:

I also received a call and job offer from these people. I received an email stating I received the job. The email included a formal job offer letter, a payroll form, a 9 page job detail description, and a copy of their Registre du Commerce which I am assuming is an attempt to prove they are legitimate. I still am not sure. Here is a link to the registration document http://ge.ch/hrcintapp/externalCompanyReport. ... &ofrcLanguage=4.

I also received a job position with Job Description & Application Form included to my email. I also want to check out if it's a scam before I fill out anything. The phone #  6468639612 and the fax 8882215044. I found the name of the company, but when I search the complete name of the company with the address they've given, it's not found.
Please, answer us to this message, to let us know what is this (real or scam)
Thank you
