THIS IS A SCAM!
I received a phone call at work & a message on my cell phone today from Shane Watson of "National Affadavit Processing Service". I could barely understand him as he had such a thick accent. He called me from
(646)918-5060. He practically yelled at me saying "are you going to take care care of this matter now, or do you want to face serious legal action. I told him that I have never done business with a company called "Cash at Once". I asked him for a phone number for this company and he gave me
(360)350-1994. He said call them NOW. I called, and I get a voicemail that sounds like someones home answering machine.  He knew my SS# and my address, and my old bank account that I had closed. This is VERY SCARY! How are these people getting this info?!!

This is hardly a company, this is a Scam. Every call is different but the same. The name of the company changes and the names of the employees change; but the same scare tactics remain. They state that there are companies that are going to sue you and put you in jail. Then they try and squeeze you for information and get your banking information and take your money. I have done a little research and it seems that the group was operating out of California, but now they are in Tampa, Florida area. They have several cell phones with all different area codes and numbers. Every time you call one of them it is the same guy it seems. If you catch them unaware them you will get a woman who's name also changes frequently. Here are a list of "employees" and phone numbers that these scamers are using:

Alex Barker
Sarah Jones
Nash Brown
Mike Wilson - "Attorney"
May Johnson
Miguel Zerra
John Johnson
Curtis Jackson
Arnold Watson- "Attorney"
John Smith
Frank Jackson
Joseph Williams
"Nancy"
Jonathan Smith
Michael Stevens

Of course these aren't the only names they are using, and they can make up new ones very easy. Here Are their Phone Numbers.
813-489-2927
813-283-0610
813-283-0611
315-770-0405
772-228-4008
813-388-4935
813-283-0641
954-639-9313
not working any more:
496-656-7520
916-233-0467
991-279-9100

These numbers can be searched throughout the internet and it's all bad news. whocallsme.com is a good one, but there is many. I have tried to obtain a mailing address and they will not give. They are violating many rights of many people: old and young, rich and poor; but mostly the poor. I have been calling these numbers using *67 to protect myself and I have found it very enjoyable! If these guys have harassed you then try calling them (protecting your number), and if it is a girl ask for a guy and if it is a guy then ask for a girl. Try and get a mailing address - that's the golden ticket. Never give your real name or information, these guys are somewhat serious. Please help stop these guys.

A man named John Smith called my workplace and told me that I was going to be sued if I didn't send them the money I owed them.  He wouldn't send any prevalent information and then began constantly calling, even after we hung up on him. He sent a payment authorization form for me to "send information" regarding my bank account to them to release money to their "LAW FIRM".   they are very nasty on the phone. Can nothing be done to stop these people?

i just got a call from a women with an India accent.  She said her name was Lisa Johnson.  That does not sound like an Inida name.  She said that she has time sentitive information and that the very second i get this message that i have to return there call or else a file will be downloaded into my local courthouse and have charges placed against me.

Funny, you dont down load a file into a courthouse system, you upload it.  I know this is a scam. the number that came up on my caller id was 052466993 but the call back number i was given was 646-918-5060.  what a bunch of idiots these people are

I got a call at 7:21 am and a message was left on my voicemail from a "Victor Smith" claiming my friend had used my information fraudilently and if didn't want to be held liable I need to call him. I found out later that I got my message, and another of our friends did also, after the friend that they were claiming they needed had already contacted them.

When I called they just answered the phone with "hello, how may help?" and I got a "George" who threatened my that I was my friend when I told him never to call me again. He then tried to get my info out of me (I work at a bank so I get all kinds of information on scams) He then tried to say I was another friend of ours, so they had 3 of our cell phone numbers and names and knew we were friends. I called a second time and they just answered "hello" and got a "Fred" who hung up on me when I asked what the name of the company was.

On my voicemail Victor claimed to be from National Epidemic Processing Service. Very Indian accecnts from everyone I spoke to. We all will be contacting the FTC and our local police. (Sonoma County, CA)

Yes, it is a scam. They try and claim that you owe money and threaten you over the phone that you if don't pay now, then they will take you to court. The scary thing about them is that they have my old bank account number, SSN# and names of family members that I put down as emergency numbers on a loan application with PayDayMax.
I have talked to PayDayMax, and they said they would look into this, the older number they were using was 646-918-5212 and 360-350-1994. I've already reported them to my local police, here is the number  (Station: Walnut, CA, file #109-02275-2914-217 date: 03/24/09) I also, reorted them to the State's Attorney, the FCC and to the phone company as a harassing phone call. Good luck with your case.
