They're just low caste foreign frauds. Record all their calls and tell them you're going to put them on You Tube. Tell them you know they're frauds and that soon they'll be joining all their brethren on You Tube for the world to laugh at.
They'll love you for that. But believe me, it works. They may tie up your phones for a bit, but they'll move on. When the Indian and Pakistani fraud-critters know you're on to them, and can't scream their bluster and BS (for fear of becoming famous on You Tube) they get frustrated quickly.

These people threatened me and cussed me out when I said I wanted something in writing saying what this debt was. How do I get these phone calls to stop they call my work they call me at home? we cannot get anything done at work because they call so much!

Criminal Action agains me because I did not pay some kind of loan.

This number 646-918-8376. Shows up on caller ID 0000. Cannot understand the people, most likely E Indian. MEAN and rude!!!! Swearing and sex talk if you won't comply. When I provide my attorney phone number they yell obscenities!!!!

Crazy people. All of the above is true but it can scare you. I have hired an attorney and he is at a loss for words!!! But they have called my work over 125 times and left horrible threatening messages on my home, cell and work phone. Do not fall for this scam....if we report to any agency willing to listen they will have to stop.

This is unreal. I am so stressed out!!! I have had over 100 calls from these people! Know I shouldn't let it get to me but it is!!! I have hired an attorney and he can't figure out what to do!!!! I received a phone call from this number and could hardly understand the message because "Christopher Fall" had such a thick Indian accent. I was told if I, or my attorney, didn't call them back that he "wished me luck as this situation unfolds on me" whatever that means. When I did a reverse number look-up I found the listing was for a 24 Emergency Locksmith in Brooklyn, NY!  I don't know how they got my name or cell phone number, but it's a scam and I'm not calling back!

I have been getting the same collection calls and they want my bank information. how do I get them to stop calling me.

He has been calling a co-worker quite frequently at her work number.  Today I took the call and his name was Ryan Nelson, with a thick Indian accent.

This is actually the call-back number left on voicemail.  The number that the call was made from is '0000'.

The gentleman that left the message said his name was Ryan Nelson (I don't want to say I doubt it but the accent was very heavy and he was speaking very slowly, as if reading off of a cue card).  He said that the nature of the phone call is very important and that I should call back the very second I hear the message.  That if he doesn't hear from me or my retained attorney then all he could do for me is wish me good luck.

Funny stuff.  If I had time I would call back and mess with them...

They called myself and my cousin and said that they would be a the courthouse waiting for him or his attorney to take care of this matter. How did they get his number? They left the same message for me as well. I wish we could put a stop to this! I have already been scammed once for $1067.00! If anyone out there reads this know DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!!!!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

i have recieved several threatening calls from this number and 0000 plus 562-295-8995. first one says name is michael brown(india). for a payday loan i never made and 562 number says name is paul rodgers(also india) for same thing. said from police fraud investigations unit in los angeles.
they always try to read something and are yelling and threatening to try to get me to pay with a credit card or bank number. how do they get my personal info and ss number?

just got a call from a Ryan Nelson saying the i had a lawsuit out againat my name and ss number.
If  me or my lawyer didnt call him back all he could do was wish me good luck and god bless.

646-918-8376 I received my call 8/10/2011 11:42am Wednesday caller I.D had 0000 show up on my blackberry, I talked to two different people with the same accent, the first call from them I let go to voice mail then I called them back to ask questions. they said they were the law firm representing a payday loan company called advance payment co. then I asked If they sent out any notification of a deliquent bill to my address they said they notified me several times and I did not respond so I asked what address did they send it to he (Ryan Nelson) with the India accent, lol, told me the address was locked and he could not give me that information but if i wanted to dettle this debt I could or tomorrow I will get supeona to court on Friday. lol I asked him how much do I need to send he said $456.56 that was only for the first judgement against me. I told him I will see him in court Friday. I wish that I could attach the voice mail this would scare the hell out of a young or older person who don't no better, I wish I could reach through the phone and grab these people by the ear. lol

Also have received threatening calls form these people the guy say his name is micheal brown which I know Is complete bull s*** cause he is obvioulsy not american and can barely even pronounce my name.they do the exact same thing to me when I ask for what they are harassing my about they mumble so I can understand them and then hang up. I know its a scami just don't know what to do I feel very uncomfortable that they have all my personal info.

These people had me scared to death! I have spent all day on the phone with attorneys trying to get out of this situation. They told me that I have an old unpaid payday loan, which I do not, and that I was being charged with "violation of the banking system", and "check fraud". However, they would not give me the name of the creditor, the date of the illeged transaction, or the amount owed. I feel assured that this is a scam...now, but I have wasted my entire day being so upset I could hardly function. I would like to poke thier eyes out with a red hot poker!!!

i been getting call from this number all day today and saying that he got all my information and that they will bring me to court. so i tryed calling them back at 5pm alaska time and the number dosent even work. i hope some one or are goverment will do somthing about these people. i dont think we should have call centers in india or any other country i think they have people in these call centers that take are information down and send it to some of there buddys.. they are saying i owe $300 for a payday loan which i never got and they want me to pay $1000 for it. the other thing that got me is they know alot of information on me. i called my bank and my bank had a "red flag put on my account and my ssn and for my credit.

they are scam people .if u paid any money u can do a charge back and you money will be refundable by the bank they all are scam

So I'm not sure if this is the same number that called me but I recently got a threatening phone call that I was going to jail if I didn't pay back a loan that I never got. I'm only 19 it scared me so dummy me I paid them back. They told me I'd be getting a certificate for paying it off and proof that I got a loan. Never got anything. Later I started thinking about it and realized it had to be a scam. So don't make the mistake I made and give them money. They scare you into doing it so you don't end up in trouble... This isn't realitive but same with a mystery shopping thing I tried doing. I thought it'd be cool to make some extra money and be a secret shopper, they sent me a check, told me how much money to spend and where to spend it. Turned up a scam and I was out all the money I spent. I have no luck but I learned my lesson. If it sounds to good to be true, its too good too be true.

I RECEIVE A VERY DISTURBING CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY THAT THEY ARE AN ATTORNEY FOR PAYDAY LOAN THAT I HAD BORROW MONEY FROM PAYDAY LOAN AND DIDN'T PAY IT BACK AND THEY ARE FILING CHARGES AGAINST ME AND THE POLICE WILL COME PICK ME UP TOMORROW....AFTER I STARTED TO GET MAD WITH THEM ON THE PHONE BECAUSE I DIDN'T DO SUCH THING AND ASKING QUESTION THEY TELL ME THAT THEY COULDN'T GIVE OUT ANY OF THEIR CLIENT INFORMATION.....SO I LOOK UP THE PAYDAY LOAN PHONE NUMBER ON THE COMPUTER AND CALL THEM AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING ABOUT THAT....THEN I GOOGLE THE PHONE NUMBER AND I SAW EVERYONE ELSES MESSAGE....

Yea i just got the call from the indian sounding guy telling me that im getting sued and facing criminal charges over a loan i never took out or even heard of. So should i just assume its a scam and no worry?

Its a Scam, I filed a complaint to the FTC on their website, Ithink if we all do eventual these idiots will get caught. I have done collection for 10 years and these threatening tactics always ends bad for the idiots doing it.

They called me and said that they had a  fraud case against me. that I owe $6500.00.and wanted my personal information or the matter will be taken to court.

I have been recieving threating calls from this number and other numbers also.  They think if they use a different number we won't recognize who they are.  This is a horrible scam..

This person called me today saying that If i dont comply I will be in a legal mess and i need to pay for a loan that I never took and I am not going to pay them. Any advice on how to get them to stop calling me

these people have been trying to collect from me for weeks, they are always being a different company and different names. for a loan I did not have with such a company. They also said they are officers of an investigation unit saying that i commit a fraud and owe them money. I check with all people associated with my bank and all said they were a scam and that I was in good standing so yes I believe they are a scam.

I have been getting threatning phone  calls from this number telling me that I  owe money and that if Me or my attorney don't contact them them wll take me to court.I believe it is a scam as I believe that
I would get  a registered letter or such, whch I haven't. I am not sure that these are what they
call zombie accounts that were charged off manny years ago, and somehow they have managed
to get a hold of old accounts to try and scam money out of people
