I agree with you, this guy called my office 50 times in less that 10 minutes and called my cell 75 times in two 2 days. This has to stop. I just filed a police report and have them handed it iver to the FTC. This is crazy I told him to leave me alobe and he said F U sir and I'm going to keep calling you until you answer me. I have a judge who will provide you with a subpoena and there will be a police officer this Friday waiting at your door to arrest you. I asked him what is this in regards to and said a loan was taking out 3 years ago and I asked him for proof that I did and he said first give me a sign contract with your credit card information and then I will provide you proof. This is guy is insane. On top of that he repeated my credit card info over the computer and said that I will be deductiing $1,700 out of your account this Friday. Well went to the bank and canceled all my cards. What a j*** off...

I keep getting the calls too. He ask for some one name jamie. I tell him I don't know this person but he still calls every day.

Get these calls often. I ignore them. Have answered the phone once and when I try to get more info on the supposed debt the caller will not give me exact information. When I ask for something in writing he gets baligerant and tells me he cant' send me anything til it is paid in full. I say than I will not send you a dime but, I will call the Attorney General and at that time he hangs up. I put this # and 561-235-7230 which also appears to be a call from the same foreign man on my blocked call list on my cell phone but, if you do this it will only be blocked for 3 months then you must repeat the process. I will not change my # because then they will have won. I will continue to report them to the Attorney General and block there #'s.

this number keeps calling me and harassing me about a "payday loan" which i never even applied for and can prove I did not receive!

He is also calling business' asking for previous employees. Some people who haven't worked here in years! If anyone knows if legal action can be taken please let me know.

Yah i've been getting the same thing its a scam.

I want this man to stop calling my cell phone. He wont talk to me normal or even use a nice tone when he talks to me. I ask him who he is and gets mad and cursed at me and I do not apprecate it one bit. He needs to stop harrasing me. He calls me 3 times a day and wont tell me what he does. He said a lawsuit is against me and I have no idea what he is talking about. He is rude and selfish.

I have been getting the same number calling me and he cussed and yelled at me. He is from different world  to. I cant understand him at all. He calls me 3 or 4 times a day. He is making me mad. Telling me he has a lawsuit against me. He wont tell me what they are though.

Received a call from this number he is a foreign man stating there is a law suit against me and when I ask what for he hangs up on me.
