HUGE SCAM!!!!!! I just called the number back and told them I had a police offer standing here since I was going to be arrested he stated the police has nothing to do with it so I asked his stupid a** if the police has nothing to do with it how was I going to be arrested and who was going to arrest me I then asked would he like to speak with the officer and he hung up on me..SORRY A** FOREIGN PEOPLE...and for the dumb a** at the top that's saying this is a true company yiu r probably the one calling everybody and turn your spell check on DUMB A** SONIA

how do you know for sure they are a tru company?  did you get proof like your supposed to?

This company keeps calling me talking about I owe $450 and if I don't pay it I would be arrested

i got a call today sep 17 2013 the guy said he was a federal agent and was asking for money or i will get arrested so i hung up

HUGE SCAM!!!!  I got a call from them just like all the ones listed below..... Asked to clarify the details of the matter and he would not give me anything other then the supposed company I owed money to and the amout..... I kept asking him to give me the bank acct# that the money was deposited into, and he kept saying he could not as they did not have this info, then imediatly after he said that he had my SSN my address and my bank acct# and that if I did not pay the $712 that i supposidly owed that they would freeze my account and black list my SSN. So i asked him again for the account number since he just told me he had it, he responded with " I was trying to help you in this matter and you do not want my help so I am hanging up on you now." and he did. I called back after doing some research on thier supposed company and found that they were a not a real collector. When I called back the same guy anwsered and I told him I had just called and that I had done some research on thier company and before I could say anything about what I had found he hung up again. They are not a true collector and if they call you do not give them any money. The threats of losing your job and being arrested are illegal anyways so if you do have a debt that you need to pay and are worried that this is what they are calling about just go to court (if they really try and take you) and tell the judge to play the recorded called and he will see how they threatened you ect.... Best of luck but do not pay these ppl anything

I think I frustrated "Kevin Cooper" when he called me. I kept asking him clarifying questions about this loan case levied against me. He was very flustered and raised his voice when I wanted details saying that I need to let him speak and not cut him off since he is giving me very important information, but I told him he needs to stop cutting me off if he is indeed calling to help me and that there is no need to be irate. I don't think he enjoyed talking to me much.

The exact thing happened to me his name was Kevin Peterson "which by the way he cant even pronounce Indian accent ;i went to the cops they said its a scam- i paid this jerk 100 with a greed dot money pak card which is what he requested - don't fall for it!!!!! report it

The same thing. happened to me this week twice

Got a call and voicemail from this number and also from 911. First was a foreign woman calling herself Ronnie Marshall calling from BCI crime investigation claiming there was a warrant against my ss number and that if I didn't call back, I would be arrested. Also got one from 911 from a foreign man calling himself Bob Marshall saying the same and that I had to call the original 646 number and speak to a Mark White who was handling my case, otherwise I would be arrested the next day and I would lose my job. All of this supposedly over a defaulted loan or something, as I couldn't understand them. I refused to give any information to them although they had my mailing address already. I knew this to be a scam, but beware of these people. They will try to force you to comply by fear tactics and if you argue against them, they hang up and someone else will call you.

I work for the Sheriff's Department and we would not be calling you before we come and arrested you. LOL
If you had a warrant against you we would just come pick you up with a warrant in hand and haul your butt off to jail. DON'T GIVE ANYONE YOUR PERSOANL INFORMATION !!!  A police department would already have that information.
