Was just harassed twice by this number; shows up as "long distance" with an obviously spoofed number (159, really?). Picked up annoyed the second time (back to back) only to hear dead air so hung up promptly. Number is now blocked, and being reported.

Do not call my number and I will report if this is done. 3 times that is enough.

The call centre is located in Pakistan, but they use VOIP with a local number.

Uzman Shafique is the "Genius Entrepreneur"  who owns the call centre and he lives in Whitby.

Maybe we should call him every 5 mins like he does to us?

Or better yet, visit his home....

FYI - He owns DBay Home Services (formerly Dust Free Home) the duct cleaning company that gets sent out. I've seen other posts where some people call the duct company to complain about the # of calls, but they claim to not be associated with the call centre... total lies!

Same thing happened to my dad. He took laptop into staples and they were able to get into his computer and get all of his files back.  Guys at staples said that this is becoming quite common.

I used that trick too!!  Told him we're vegetarians and don't eat duck.  Told him he's a bad Hindu if he eats meat, he should be ashamed of himself.  The guy was so confused I had his head spinning and now I have jokes to tell me friends.

Okay so where to we go to have them not call our number again?  
They obviously don't understand, "Not Interested, remove my number from your calling list, because they call back religiously!"

These guys keep calling for duct cleaning. WTF, they don't understand that you're not interested.

Called at 10 pm last night saying they were in my area, I told them to never call again and he said "Don't you care about you house?"  Things got ignorant from there but they never called back.  I need to know how in this day and age these number spoofers are able to do this.

They called me today in Toronto at 1:38pm but didn't leave a message.

These people are definitely trying to extract information, called everyday to let me know my account has been closed (for a small amount). I always pay my bills on time and know 100% it's made up. Just ignore these calls.

I need to report this number. They are only intrested in knowing if you are at home or not. A series of possibly related break and enter,

contact Microsoft Support, they will guide you to uninstall Windows and re-install it....

These guys called 3 times in 10 mins to offer to clean our air ducts. After saying no thank you, were not interested the 1st time, the "manager" called back within a min. Told him we weren't interested (had to repeat myself a few times) but he finally accepted that and hung up. About 10 mins later, a 3rd guy called! Told him AGAIN that we weren't interested and told him to take us off their list. It's been about 10 mins since then so we'll see...hopefully they're done.

Funny that the person before me mentions Microsoft - last week, I had ppl who claimed they were from Microsoft call and tell me that they received a report from my comp that I had a virus. I mistakenly gave them access to my comp and now no longer have access to it because I refused to pay them money immediately for some kind of antivirus clean up by them and was warned (threatened?) that soon my comp would cease working and I'd have to enter a password to gain access. What they did not tell me was that he was going to restart my comp for me...and low and behold, I had to enter a password to get it started. I still refused to give them any money, still cant access my comp and am now looking into buying a Mac. Those guys also had Indian accents, claimed they were calling from Cali but were working with the Bank of India. This is going to sound incredibly racist, but I do not trust anyone who calls trying to sell me stuff with an Indian accent.

Called twice today already, within 45 minutes.  Didn't answer and assume it was the infamous duct cleaning company in south Asia calling.

Called me on Canada Day. I asked them why they were working on a national holiday.

Businesses should be charged $1 per call. It should be their cost of doing business for this medium.

Told him we had no ducks that needed claening.  He asked me what we had and I said big dogs   He then asked me to recommend some friends

Same as above callers. It was also a long distance number for a local cell telephone number - probably from Pakistan or India as far as I could determine the accent. He claimed he was calling from North Toronto - yah, right!! Called at 8:30 on a Saturday night and I was really ticked off for such a late, useless, unwanted intrusion into my evening.. I told him I was on a 'do not call list' and this idiot had the gall to tell me that I was LYING and NOT on any such call list. This guy and the others above (if not the same guy) have the manners of a total lout and complete loser! How anybody would consider doing business with such a moron escapes me. I wish I could put them all on a 'drop dead list'. These idiots do little else but smear the name of legit duct cleaning companies.

Received yet another call from this 'company'.  Claims to be in my area which he can't name and then vaguely admits to being in my city. When asked where his company is located, gives a fake address. In the past I've put him on fake 'hold' and just waited for him to finally hang up and pretended to have a bad connection so he has to repeat his sales pitch over and over. Playing along with the sales pitch or challenging it also does not dampen the spirits of this annoying caller. The calls range from 4-10 calls per month .... how eager is he to clean my ducts.  Useless idiot.

Duct cleaning!  Called my number at 9:32pm on a Saturday night.  I asked him to take my number off the list and to never call my number again.  He said he will call me again in the morning and hung up. Also, a long distance ring for a local number!  When I asked where he was calling from, he told me it was none of my business!
