BIG BIG SCAM!!! DO NOT DEPOSIT THE CHECK AND DEFINITELY DO NOT MONEYGRAM OR WESTEN UNION THEM ANY MONEY. I called the IRS and lottery winners do not pay taxes on their winnings in this manner. With so many people out of work, this is a horrible enticement. Someone could give their last in hopes of getting 150K. If you got the letter, call the Better Business Bureau and report it. This abuse must stop!!!

THIS IS A SCAM. Do not deposit the check into your account. I got the same letter that I have won 150,000.00 These people are horrible spineless sadist to prey on people when times are already so hard. I knew it was too good to be true. My husband even called the number and the man said congratulations. I am going to the local news and newspapers in the morning. We both work in Home Health and I am so scared that one of our patients will get the same check and letter. What is the world coming to?
