received the same letter, check was written from Sparton Corporation but this phone number is 647-686-5007 and the winning sum of $150,000 with a $3980.00 amount on the check. I called to see who they were, put me on hold...I hung up right away and called Comcast to see if I was charged anything on my account. It will take 48 hours to know, but I had them document it. Sometimes a fee will automatically be charged to your phone....wish I didn't call.

Got the same claim letter for $125,000.  Same check for $3,975 from Regions Bank in Georgia.  Checked internet and found it to be a scam.  Everyone beware.
