Was a call from a company saying I won a 250 000 air miles.  Asked me to press 1 to accept at which point I just hung-up to avoid any charges being billed to me.

Guy with arabian or malaysian accent been trying to fish my credit card information. I give him George Bush senior name, and some stupid numbers from my head. I love to troll such imbeciles. My favorite way: I'm keeping them online as long as possible with crazy and "idiotic" questions and  in end I start asking them which religion are they, if they asking why, I'm answering " it is just interesting to know which hell I should send you ". They not getting this from first time, and always asking to repeat it. Now I use ALL MY POWER...

This week, _daily_ I have been getting calls from an automated system, promising me a two-day Bahamas cruise (port taxes and gratuities not included) after I answer ("press 1 for poor, ..., press 5 for good") a few questions.

Yeah, right.  Probably just a scheme to "harvest" my credit-card information.

Hmmm.  My bank told me that one of my old credit-card numbers was compromised;
if I give them that number, and they try to use it, the bank will "flag" it, and ask VERY SERIOUS
questions about why they are using that credit-card number. Heh, heh, heh!

The latest call, from a few minutes ago, probably is just another of those calls -- always from '647-247-xxxx'.

To slow them down, press '1' to participate, and then walk away from your telephone for 4 minutes; eventually, their automated survey program will hang-up on you.  But, you've kept it "busy" for 4 minutes, delaying their call to the "next" victim.

3rd time received call. no message. Calls once a day around 6 pm.

This is the third time this number keeps calling my home and each time I did not answer, as I screen my calls. They do not leave a message.

I received a phone call from 647-247-1759 today August 2/2012 @ 2 pm.
When I said 'Hello', someone hung up.

I won't take a call from a number I do not recognize.  When I did accidentally answer this call, the caller hung up!!!  What discourtesy and rudeness.  I don't want calls from this number again.

I do not answer calls from people I do not know.... I leave ti for my voicemail to pick-up.... then if it is someone I want to talk to I will call back.!

I got a voicemail message from this number, with just a woman laughing in a very sick manner for about a minute... it was really creepy. no identification or saying what she wanted, just horrible laughing.

This number phoned my home at 7am and woke up my family - i was up quite late studying with an exam and needed the rest!

Caller listed on the display while I was not home.  No message and noticed the above comments as being another scam telemarketer.

this is a gang of guys that try to intimidate people about their internet service to extract credit card info or other payments.  the police have been notified

keeps calling and hanging up...thought my husband had a girlfriend...hahah.  Seriously, really annoying.

this was the fifth call today from this group who indicate they are a telecom company.this one showed the number 647-247-1143,  the others were unknownnumber/unknown name.  They are a scam probably wanting money, lots of them around at this time of year. I have asked to have my number removed from their listing, but it never gets done.  They call at least three times a week, very, very frustrating, even the do not call list doesn't pick them up

A man called asking for me by my last name, when I said "she's not in" Can I take a message?" He hung up without saying anything... Rude!
