This f****ng a***ole indian calls me and when I say "put me on your dnc" he says NO with a big fat capslock. He says "You can check, we are calling from Bell Canada". He can't even say his own name "James" properly, instead pronounces it as "Jems".

Then he says Promotional Department of Bell Canada, and that he is in Burlington - I didn't ask where he is calling from. He got frustrated because I kept asking him calmly, over and over again if he won't put me on DNC. He said no. In the end he said "I wont give you bye".

I did *69 and the callerID was 10000000000. Had to locate this page through Google trickery and I'm sure it's the same company. Wish I could sock him in the face just for saying No. I don't take "no" very well.

Hello, we are getting DUCT CLEANING calls on a daily basis.  We yell that we DO NOT HAVE DUCTS... they continue with "we have a special offer">  i have asked for a manager, they hung up.  I have said I am interested and asked for a number and address... they hung up.  I have complained to the DNCL registry numerous times... NOTHING HELPS....
we are on the DNCList but that does not help.  now they are calling post 9 pm and harrassing my elderly parents... can we get a news investigator on this?  help!

got a call from guy @ PROFESSIONAL DUCT CLEANERS. He called me from a blocked number.  I pretended to be interested and told him I was a little busy but will call back. Got his number, 416-480-9634 and called back to verify and sure enough, it reached the correct company.  I am putting a complaint against these guys with CRTC.

Guy with foreign accent told me I won a draw for a holiday and I should attend a free dinner to claim it. Told me he got my name from a form I filled in at a shopping mall. (I guess this is their lie to get around the no call list)He said no one will try to sell me anything, and couldn't understand when I turned it down.

i too received a call from this number.  it was a gentleman with an indian accent and was not giving me any information when i asked him what he was trying to sell.  he actually yelled into the phone that he was not selling anything.  i quickly hung up on him.  very tempted to call the police on him.

OMG, someone with an indian accent and the same phone number called me like 10 minutes ago.
The conversation was like this;

Guy: "Are your parents home"?
Me: "They're unavailable to talk right now."
Me: "I'll tell them you called."
Guy: "Are you the daughter or the son?"
I was offended by that ROFL, but everytime I said something; it was repeated back to me, weird (I did sound like a guy on the phone).
Me: ".. Where are you from" - I meant; which company are you from.
Guy: "I'm from China"
Me: ".. um, bye"

I was about to say "B.S! Your phone number is not from China and your accent tells me otherwise."

This guy calls me for providing duct cleaning service. I asked him not to call me because I am on DNCL. He asks me to provide me the registration number. I said I do not keep it handy but stop calling. He says are you SE Asian ....Indian. I said its non of your business, I want to talk to your supervisor. Same guy with some modulation in his voice talks to me and its so clear that its the same person. He has heavy accent and he then starts talking in most stupid language. I wish I could call cops and have him arrested.

had the same number calling about the same thing and I'm near Ottawa.  Jack Wilson was this guys name. try and call him as no one ever answers.

"Jerry" called to sell duct cleaning service.  Said that that my phone number was not registered on DNCL.  I filed a complaint with CRTC

Man with a hard indian accent trying to pose as a "babin christopher" called on behalf of a bell canada promo (Obvious scam). Luckily I made him answer a bunch of pointless questions and then hung up lol.

I have got the same call and when I told him I was from the government, he immediately said he was sorry and his business does not involve the government. Who gives these A--holes the numbers anyways. Has Bell got no scrutiny? What a dumb F__K, both Pac-man and the service supplier.

This number has called a couple of times, and once they said it was for duct cleaning and once they were a service to improve internet connectivity.  They play stupid when I ask questions and I've asked them not to call me back, but I just got another call from them tonight and I didn't answer.

Same deal here. I got tired of getting the telemarketing calls, so I finally said "yeah, come over & clean my ducts" Then I provided a phony address. The next day he's calling my phone off the hook calling me names and threateninng my family. I CALLED THE POLICE. Thankfully "James Gabriel" left a message on my answering machine where he threatens to rape me with his "36 inch dick": I'm not making this up... I played the meaasge for the police, They assured me that if they ever catch up to this creep, he will be arrested for uttering threats and harassment.
Anyway, I tried to have his number blocked, but the problem is, he's calling over Skype, so Bell can't really do anything about him...

I hope he calls again, so I can lure him to my home to have the nice Constable meet him.

Also, if he happens to call any of you again, do me a favor and address him as "Sir Micropenis"

Tammy, besides the obvious that you should NEVER give out personal information to someone you do not know over the phone, you need to make sure you protect your ID going forard.  I suggest setting up a freeze on your personal credit reports with both Equifax and Transunion.  That way no lender can advance credit without contacting you directly (at the number you set up).  Contact both companies directly on how to proceed with this.....it is also free to do.

Please file your complaint with the CRTC and refer to the calls you have been receiving and the complaint made to the Police. The CRTC may contact you directly and work with you to try to make these calls stop

I was receiving daily calls from this number. I finally got sick of it and said "yeah, come clean my ducts" I then provided a phony address and set up an appointment. The day safter the 'appointment' he stars calling me saying he can see me in my house and that I was in my bedroom (I was in the kitchen) so I laughed it off. He continued to call throughout the night. I kept hanging up, and he called again and again. I got sick of it and left the phone on in front of the TV.

The next night he calls again. I told him that if he continues to call I would report him to the police. This idiot actually had the nerve to call back so I called the police. Thankfully "James Gabriel" left a nice message on my answering machine where he threatens to rape me with his "36 inch dick" (the constable and I both ROFL'd at that) He assured me that if they ever catch up to this creep he'll be charged with uttering threats and harassment.

Anyway, this creep is calling over Skype, so there's nothing Bell can do to help the investigation.

These people have called me 6 times in the last month to try to sell me bell phones.. i dont know if they are a scam or just idiots.. each time i asked them to take me off the list and they still proceeded to try to sell me on the phones.. i have called bell customer service twice and emailed them just now through their website.. they are driving me crazy!! 647-259-8545 is their number and they said they were from godirect today when i asked. before no number except an L came up.

My experience was totally different.  Actually it was my teenage daughter who got over 40 calls from this East Indian older man but instead of trying to scam her he was sexually harassing her!!
He was saying over and over again how much he loves her and wants to be with her and other inappropriate responses.  My daughter became very frightened.  He called her at home on a weekend and I even talked with him and told him if he didn't stop calling I would call the police.  That stalled him over the weekend than he started to call again on the Monday. She would hang up and he would call back within seconds.  I finally called the police and I tracked down his number which is this 647-259-8545 number.  I even called it but no one would answer.  I let it ring and ring and ring and finally someone picked up the phone, didn't say a word and just disconnected the line.
So it appears he is not only trying to scam people but also sexually harass individuals on his spare time!!!

That Indian Voice is a pedophile... be careful when you have small kids...

This guy kept asking me for my name and asking if my parents were home, with a follow up question of, "could we be friends?" Aaaand that's when I hung up. Really, really creepy. o_o

We had actually been wanting to find a duct cleaner, when this guy called I entertained the idea of having them do the job only I had never heard of them. So I asked for the name of the company and said I'd call back.
Professional Home Services; Caller identified himself as  " SIMONS" yes this is his exact spelling he insisted I get that correct. Their phone number was 647-259-8545. Interesting that they will be in my area this week......
Was also mideastern accent guy, very hard to understand.
