said they were Las Vegas Convention and Visitor Authority... caller ID said Toronto, ON

I got a call from this number. The connection seemed to be bad and the guy got my name right and said he is looking for someone of my name in Toronto!! He knew my company as well. I am sure my name is so unique that noone else has that name in north america!

The man asked for me, and I said it was her, and then he said that the connection was bad and that he would have to call me back, but he never did.  Obviously he was trying to confirm that this was my phone number.  Possibly for identity theft.
