Just called me right 10:15am. I said hello and they hung up...weird...

Just got woken up on a long weekend by this stupid call
Same as all the other post: thick Indian accent, very hard to hear, something bout filling something in a mall, won trip to Vegas or Niagara, asked if married or common law
The guy tries to 'confirm' the joint income between me and my spouse, confirming it's more than 70k, to which I said no.....I said we have no income. Right after that he said 'thank you, bye' (lolwut???????)
I was like 'what? What bout my free trip' (I never got scam calls so I was interested what else they would do)
He said something that his manager will call to confirm my identity
Sure enough 5 mins after, the manager of "SL vacation" called back (call display 9058561173)
He asked if I want him to repeat the details. I said no I am not interested any more. The guy was like are you sleeping, you are not fresh to make a decision right now. Well yah ur guy woke me up at 8 in the morning on a long weekend. Then he slurred something I don't understand, may have called me stupid, then hung up.

Kept mimicking me saying "hello?" then hung up.

Definite scam, just got the call today. Just hang up on him mid sentence.

I got the call from this number and same like you won night stay in any niagara falls hotel and when i asked where you calling from he said from Buffalo NY with GTA number, then he asked where are from i said India he said in Hindi sorry sir this deal is not for Indian People ... Interesting huh? :)

called me twice 5 minutes ago. I missed . But when I called back, the number is not in service.

This number called me at 9:03 this morning but I missed the call. I just tried calling the number at 1:03 pmto return the call and an automated message said "This number is not assigned". I tried calling again at 1:09pm and 1:12pm and the recording then said "This number is not in service".

A man called at 8:50am  Tuesday June 25 2013
He said he was from  Sweet Life Vacations and asked if I filled out a ballet last summer.  His phone line was very fuzzy and he sounded like he was East Indian.

His number was 647 724 5268

Just got this call - with Bell pay as you go cell phone, at 4:20 pm EST.

Did not answer it, no voice mail.

Never answer what's not in my address book.

I'm thinking they are set up as a FreePBX / PBX in a flash. Damn scammers, taking advantage of free software. What a little open source knowledge can do for criminals. :(

I got a call from this number in the afternoon!
Said i filled out a contest card to win 1 out of 2 prizes..
then i asked where he was calling from but i couldnt understand. he had a very thick accent.
Then he said i won a giftcard to walmart/target. then i said ok because i usually fill out stuff for contests and all that.

then .. he asked if i was married. I said no then he said bye and hung up?!?!?!

I've got a call from them 5 mins ago I googled the number
They were offering a job. I asked them to hold( had to deal with the kids)
And they hung up. Apparently they r unreachable....

i got a call from this number at 11:18 am today  the person said he was from some company and how I was this morning. when I asked what company?  and what is it in regards to he hung up

647-724-5268 just called my cell (listed on national DO NOT CALL list) call display showed a space between 64 and the 7 somehow. I didnt answer it and I dont have voicemail, hopefully they wont bother calling back

Got the call . . . very noisy background and heavy accent.  He said I filled out a ballot and entered my cell number (never do that).  When I asked him who he was looking for, he said "the owner of this cell phone".  I said if I filled out a ballot, it would include my name.  Told him I was reporting him and hung up.  I called the number, but it asks for an extension.  I have my cell for emergencies and these calls really annoy me!

a "manager" from Sweet Life Vacations (ok, what sort of manager does telemarketing???) called...very garbled english, was Inidan or southeast asian or whatever.  i hung up after 12 seconds.
a few points...
1) telephone and skype service should be disconnected to third world rockpiles.
2) if you are a stupid coolie peasant who cannot speak English then get a job more suited to your abilities, such as being a janitor, dishwasher, or cab driver
3) stop being a criminal

just got the call from this number on my cell phone, answered, heard a long pause they hung up.  Called them back the operator says "please dial extension" i put in 100 and 110 and the operator says "we could not reach this extension at this time, please hang up and try again next time".  So annoying...

Just got their call a moment ago. Called back and there was an automated lady asking for the extension #. Obviously, I did not have one so she hang up. Wow! What a waste!

Just got a call from this number.  Seems like the same story as I've read from other posts.  Guy with a thick southeast asian accent and a LOT of background noise.  You could tell he was obviously sitting in a call centre.  As soon as I picked up he recited my number and to confirm that it was the right number he called, and then he told me he was calling because I had filled out some ballot for a vacation contest a while ago.  I NEVER fill out crap like that -- ain't nobody got time for that.  I knew it was a scam off the bat.  I asked WHEN?? And his answer was:  A few months ago...  I asked WHERE?? And he started to list off a bunch of malls in the city that I live.  I responded with "I've never gone to any of those places".  Then he responds saying it could've been at a Wal-Mart, K-Mart, etc.   Again, I said I don't go to those places.  I could tell he was getting nervous and grasping at strings, but I wanted some answers DAMNIT.  He tried to confirm my annual income, country and marital status by listing out some generics and asking "is this correct"?  I responded "No".  I kept asking how they even got my number, and he finally just hung up.  Srsly.  WASTE.  OF.  TIME.

I picked it up only to hear a South Asian accent that I could barely understand. He said he had gotten my number from Shopper's Drug Mart and that I had won a prize. I was literally at Shopper's Drug Mart about two hours ago. I played along for a bit while I tried to remember a time I would've given Shopper's my number. He said I won a trip of my choice, either to North America, Las "Wegas" (as he pronounced it), or Niagara Falls.

I asked him what I needed to do to claim the prize and he repeated the trip details. I hung up. I'm so used to hearing "Congratulations, you've won ...." recordings, I've never actually had someone speak to me until now.

Like another person mentioned, the phone went silent every time he stopped speaking .. very strange.

Got a call from this number and the woman on the other end told me I had won the prize for a contest I entered around Christmas time. I told her I did not recall entering a contest and she said "it was so long ago... you probably forgot". She wasted my time for 5 minutes (I'm a sucker for staying on the line so long).  I was very hesitant and untrusting in my answers and she called me out on it -- said I didn't seem very excited for someone who had just won the grand prize.  She said her manager would call me back in 5 minutes with my details but nothing back. Scam and waste of time!!

Got the call from the same number telling the same 'trip winning' story with 'prize of your choice' thing. I told him to call me later as I am in a meeting and hung up. I sensed its a scam so did a google and here I am reading this interesting stories :D
