I have been receiving calls from "Roberta, Constant Research Network" from the following numbers (call display) for more than a week:
514-447-3086  Aug.27 at 6:58pm & Aug.28 at 6:56am;
647-725-2910 Aug.29 at 7:54am & Aug.30 at 6:46am;
514-447-3084 Aug.31 at 9:00 am;
514-447-3086 Sept.1 at 9:00 am & Sept.3 at 9:00 am;
647-724-8581 Sept.4 at 9:06am;

Caller is a recording, identifies herself as Roberta of Constant Research Network; each time advising that my home was selected for a survey.  Previously I didn't answer or answered and immediately hung up.  Today I listened for more info and advised to press "1" to participate and win a cruise to the Bahamas and "9" to remove number from their call list - I pressed "9" and received recorded msg confirming removal - hopefully this works - I have already filed a complaint with the CRTC - Do Not Call Registry as calls are made outside the hours permitted for a survey.  This is not a legitimate survey, it is a nuissance, likely involves auto-dialling and smells like a scam.

Going through my call display history, I see they call me about once a week.
WHY aren't there laws stopping this sort of thing?!?!

Keep receiving calls from this number. A recording : "Roberta from Constant Research" informs us that we have been chosen for a short survey and that we could win a cruise for 2.  GRRRRRRRRR They keep calling our business phone, home phone and cell phone. How do we make them stop??????

DON'T TALK to these cockroaches just blast them with a #4 dial-tone, they hang-up after 10 seconds, keep doing this eventually they move on, if you talk to them your phone # goes on a SUCKERS list.

Nigerian scammers physhing for personal information and credit card numbers. As long as keep appointing out-of-touch Judges who won't deport these criminals, these calls will continue.

ce sont des frauderus  qui utilisent une enquete bidon pour vous vendre une croisiere dans les Carraibes.  Faites attention!!!   C'est de la fripoulle, des gens sans scrupule.  Malheureusement, ils vont utiliser une autre numero de telephone dans quelques jours.  Cette rapace m'emmerdent 2-3 fois par semaine depuis 1 1/2 an.

Il y a aussi d'autre arnaques qui ne cesse depuis au moin 2 ans.
!)  Des gens qui appellent pour vous dire que votre ordinateur et systeme window est infecte.
2)  Un appel qui vous offre de nettoyer vos conduits d'air "duct cleaning"
3) leur derniere touvaille, est un autre "enquete" bidon  (message automatise) pour une plan d'amaigrissement.

Ces 3 dernieres Arnaques proviennent tous du meme fraudeur:  Un Tamil qui habite de la region de Toronto, et qui rammasse des fonds pour Les Tigres Tamous, une organisation Terroriste.

Les gens devraient se plaindre au CRTC, ainsi qu'a la GRC department des fraudes.

Same "Roberta from Constant? Research Network" also called from 647-367-9259.  I had a mouthful of mouthwash and answered as I was expecting it to be a family emergency.  This is really harassment!

What company is it? So annoying...

this number called 3 times tonight in less than an hour. each time i answered, there was no one there. no one hung up - there was just dead air. am very annoyed!

this number called three times tonight: 7:23 pm, 7:40 pm, and 8:07 pm. every time we pick up, there is no one there. great way to market? i don't know who it is or why they are calling, but 3 times in less than an hour is harassment!

So this number has called. i removed myself from their list they called again .... i hung up they called back 10 minutes later.  I hung up again, i called them back and removed myself AGAIN from this list.  Annoying

They are calling from Toronto (647). Very annoying.

This number has called everyday for a couple of weeks, but I now leave my answering machine on a do not leave message option so they get cut off.

Keeps calling everyday

At about every 2 days I receive the disturbing message in english. I don't speak english.

These messages are distubing.

Picked up, waited a few seconds then someone came on and started talking. Got dog to fart into phone. Hung up.

The Do Not Call List is not being "sold to everyone." Crooks don't need the list to sequentially call every number in North America from a computer.

There are numerous phone numbers used by the same scammers/cons and yet our overpaid Government Officials HAVE NOT AND WILL NOT deal with this problem. Don't bother with the DO NOT CALL LIST - it is being sold to someone else!  
Anytime you give one small piece of your personal info to ANYONE, your credit card company, the stores you shop at (Notice they all ask your personal information when you purchase or return items), your telephone providers and even your public school or public utilities accounts - even though they claim they take precautions to protect your privacy, they lie - and sell all your private information to anyone - there is absolutely NO PRIVACY for anyone, unless you are the CIA or some overpaid Government Official who can screw it to the taxpayers to pay high taxes for your overzealous appetite for the finest things...and screw the taxpayers whose information your government sells to everyone and anyone, without scrutiny!

NEVER ALLOW ANYONE YOUR PERSONAL HEALTH NUMBER - FOR ANY REASON AS THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITY ON THAT IF YOU LOSE YOUR HEALTH CARD, ABSOLUTELY ANYONE CAN HAVE ONE RE-ISSUED TO YOUR ADDRESS AND BEAT YOU TO THE MAILBOX AND PRETEND THEY ARE YOU WHEN THEY GO TO THE HOSPITAL OR DOCTOR.

WHEN YOU PAY - PAY WITH CASH and DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION. This is simply the 'economy' at work, businesses & banks having to submit the GOVERNMENT the full private information of every single transaction  IS TRACKING EVERY SINGLE ITEM YOU PURCHASE OR RETURN TO SELL THAT INFORMATION TO THOSE WHO WANT TO KNOW YOUR INTERESTS AND HOW MUCH YOU SPEND ON CERTAIN PRODUCTS, ETC.
Because they are responsible for collecting and reselling your information, IDENTITY THEFT IS A GIVEN!  So watch your buying and spending habits - pay by CASH and if they demand your information - Tell them to use the CASH SALE in the name title, they do not need all your pertinent information....never required it in the past, but the age of technology makes it easy for them to track everyone - STALK EVERYONE!  STALKING AND TRACKING IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE FOR ANYONE, EVEN GOVERNMENT!
If they refuse to use the CASH SALE code, give them a phoney name and address!  Our Government Leaders and Departments have been scamming us for years, give it back to them!  REMEMBER THEY ARE THE ONES FORCING THE HAND OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY BY SELLING YOUR INFORMATION and TRACKING YOUR PURCHASES, YOUR WHEREABOUTS, YOUR INCOME, HANDING THE CRIMINALS YOUR  PERSONAL IDENTITY WITHOUT PROTECTION!

Called one and a half hours ago but I do not answer unknown numbers. Any legitimate caller will leave a message but this one did not.

This number is spoofing a call from area cose 647. This is a classic lottery scam.
