Received an automated robo-call from a company claiming that they wanted to reduce my interest rate. Pressed 1 to speak with the operator and they identified themselves as "Card Services". I have received multiple calls from this organization and have attempted call trace without success.

This is a fraudulent organization that is attempting to collect personal data for purposes of credit card scams.

These guys need to be shut down!

Report these guys to http://complaints.donotcall.gov/ once enough calls are reported the FTC will investigate them. Its a hassel, but we need to have as many people report them as possible in order to get our government to prioritize an investigation. Report them today!

I called the number of this travel company referenced in an internet search. The company number listed is the correct number, and a customer service person answered my call.  he said he would remove my name from the call list.  i told him I was ALREADY on a no call list. I told him I was going to call an attorney if I got another call.  We'll see if the robo calls stop.
  I had the same problem as others. no one was on the line, and the phone would hang up on me. good luck.

I keep getting these calls from this number, they wake up the baby or I rush to answer the phone and there is no one there. They are always disturbing another wise quiet day. and I am on the do not call list.

I never answered any phone number that's not on my contact list. If it's important they will leave a message, you can call back later.

No offense but the Do Not Call is is complete BS!!!  We received our number the end of June 2011 and we immediately signed up for the Do Not Call list.  It hasn't stopped our phone ringing off the hook with scamers like these people!  I've started reporting them to the FCC but honestly I don't expect anything to be done.  

Some day enough of us will report them and they'll get exactly what they deserve!  Until that time they'lll just continue to call and annoy all of us!

If I recall the events back in December 2012, a guy called from (954) 727-2757and ask me if I want vitamins samples for free, and he ask do you still live at this address, which I reluctantly said yes. I happen to be a victim of Id theft, a few days later. Someone charged my credit card for at a store in New Jersey call 800-lighting.
I happen to be on the computer that afternoon checking my purchases online for the holiday presents, when I notice the charge over 2500.00. Now I am fighting with the credit company trying to prove it was not me. This person sounds very shady and takes very slick, like cool man, no problem, its all good. You would think by notifying the credit company the same afternoon, they would stop the transaction, or notify the merchant not to send the mechanize.   Thank you First USA ?Chase Visa for the headache of what you putting me through.

stop calling me you are a pain and I dont want any of your vacation deals or timeshares

Got a call and it was typical, I say hello, they don't respond... then hang up.  If it is that travel agency it is probably because they called earlier and asked me if I wanted to use the florida vacation package that I foolishly purchased 18 months ago.  I told her, no actually we have no intention of using it because it means we have to drag one or two of our friends with us and force them to attend some timeshare hard sell thing and I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.  She hung up! ;)

why doesn't everyone just call:Their main number appears to be 800-393-3191  Ext 100. and hang up. maybe they will get the message.

Take my number off this call list immediately.

I found out this number is related to a company called "Special T Travel" out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  The primary landline to contact is 800-861-0854.  Call this number and speak with a customer service reprentative between 9AM and 6 PM (EST) to get your number on a "do-not-call" list.

Worked for me.

I am tired of receiving calls from this number at all hours. I don't want to be bothered by these calls again.
I answer and hang up immediately but this hasn't stopped the calls. Maybe we should all call that number all day and night.

Caller calls with errorenous info and is very insistant.  Tried to call back to have my number remover and it states that the telephone number is not in order.

We have been receiving calls from this number without any answer on the other end just white noise letting you know someone is there but not talking.  Then they hang up when you say hello. Try calling the number back and the recording says that this number cannot be called back as dialed. Got on the do not call list website and put in a complaint about this number getting through and for it to be researched and prosecuted to the fullest of their lawful extent.  Yes we all know that this number is from Fort Lauderdale Florida by now, and we can get the exact address and name through "Intellus".  So if these people do not want the rath of God to come down on them they had better change their number, move, or best of all....stop calling all of us we have better things to do with our time than put up with the BS.  Thank you!!

What can I do to block this company and report them. I asked them numerous times to remove my number since they are asking for someone who is clearly not me and they always hang up or say they will remove it but never do. I am frustrated now and at my last straw with them.

I have received numerous calls from this number.  Finally, on 11-17-11, I answered.  When his "speel" began about a timeshare I do not own now, I stopped him and told him we had sold all of our timeshares.  He hung up on me!!  Now, they call just about everyday, sometimes twice a day.  I never answer, and don't plan to as they were so rude to me the one time I did answer.

I called 1-800-393-3191 and extension 2 which is their customer service extension.    Gave them my number and told them to remove me from their calling list or they would be reported for harassment.   The girl said my number would be removed immediately.   I will wait and see.

Please do not call again .I know the way to Fort Lauderdale .I hope you understand what I'M trying to tell you.

I've had received calls from this number severals time a week. When i call back, it said the number wasn't working. I think it's a vacation package advertisement company. watch out. t

Wife is disabled and these calls interfere with her rest.

got a call from this number and no voice came on at all and no one on the line.

Someone find out who this is and where they are located.  Going to Ft. Lauderdale in March.  If it can be located I will see how lippy this guy gets with me in person.

Repeat phone calls one every other day.

I got the same except the man that called claimed my husband had signed up for a vacation and when I said No he had not the caller implied that maybe he wasn't planning on taking me with him. What an a**. Told them to never call my home again.  They have called a total of 5 times this month alone.

Answered and caller was silent, and they hung up right away.  I think it's a computer checking for "live" phone numbers to sell to other companies I hope I don't get more annoying calls.
