How do you commit homicide by influence on the mind? From my experiences and from what I have read, homicide by influence on the mind is committed using Mobbing and Gangstalking techniques.

This list does not include the many calls for which I cannot trace their number and the many return calls from the same numbers.

They just called me. I have a blocking feature on my phone so immediately blocked them from calling again. I recommend this, it is worth every penny. I will also report them to the Do Not Call List people, as I am on it.

Stop calling this number, you'll get no business in this area simply because you are so annoying!!

They just called, gonna have to call them back and them come by for a look, windows under the front porch need replacing, that's where the cat poops.

Next time they call: all you have to say is "TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALLING LIST" , and hang up.

even if you are not on the  DNCL, they still have to take you off their list. If not, they can be charged.

this company has called me repeately.  I have answered a few times to tell them I am not interested in windows and to stop calling, but they continue to do so.  Very annoying!

Called today 8:11pm ... we are also on the national DNCL and the local business DNCL... no respect from these guys.

i did work with them and they were great, in workmenship and quality as well as service.

I'm not sure why since they are a Toronto company and we live in Hamilton.  Also, we are on the do not call list.
What do we do to stop this?
If we wanted new windows, we would call companies ourselves!

"Christine" (no ID#) called , and got right indignant when I asked if she knew what the DNC list was.  Asked to speak to her supervisor.  "John", the supervisor would not give his last name nor ID#, asked me for my phone number to "take me off the list"  I refused to give the #, since they are the ones that dialed.
He also gave another number to contact them at 416-663-7972 (called Duke Windows?).  Certainly not the # on the call display!
Also said something that their "filtering does not always omit the DNC calls".  Right!!
Seems like a robot dialer, waits to hear a voice, then a slight click, before a person comes on.

We got called from this number when on the DNCL and have reported them to CRTC. CRTC needs more people to complain so they take action against this company.

This company doesn't care about the fines.  To them is just the cost of doing business.  

Aloplast Duke Windows & Doors Inc. ? Violations of the Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules

In this decision, the CRTC imposes administrative monetary penalties totalling $6,000 on Aloplast Duke Windows & Doors Inc. for telemarketing telecommunications initiated on its behalf to consumers whose telecommunications numbers were registered on the National Do Not Call List (DNCL), and for initiating the telecommunications without having registered and having paid all applicable subscription fees to the National DNCL operator, in violation of the Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules.

I keep getting calls almost nightly from this company. How/why does the CRTC noy put them out of business as we are on the Do Not Call List, have been doing this for years and are clearly operating in an unprofessional manner.
Our federal government keep funding CRTC DNCL, why? It's clearly disfunctional.

I received a call from Aloplast as well.  They were extremely rude.  They weren't even afraid to hide the name of their company and phone number on the call display.  So I went on the DNCL site and filed a complaint.  If  they had a good company.. they would be able to sell windows by word of mouth.  They shouldn't be breaking the law.  Hopefully, more people who are on the DNCL will file a complaint and they will be fined millions like Craftmatic & Bell.

They called twice tonight. ALOPLAST id.  Did not answer.

They have been charged by the CRTC once already.
Log a further complaint with the Do Not Call List / CRTC so they will be charged again.

We are on the DNCL and they called us last night at 8:50pm. I wil report them but I really don't think it will do any good. The DNCL is a joke.

Caller I'd reads "Aloplast". Checked them out online and they are a shady window and door company in Toronto. They've been cited and fined before for Do Not Call List violations.

Windows company using an auto dialer to sell it service. We are on the DNCL and they repeatly call us.
