Just got the same thing as you. He responded to my add in the autotrader. Almost bit then spit it back out

I think I have got the same thing.  Selling a 45k car and he says he will buy it for the price I am asking!  Ha... Here are his reply emails after he text me if the car still avilable...note I just post the car few hours on auto trader:

1. How much is the final price? 2. What is the purpose of selling? 3. Can you tell me the service/ maintenance history?

Thanks for the information, i just wanted to make sure nothing has been left out. I'm comfortable with the information you gave me, I will buy for the price, payment will be sent using PayPal and i will handle the PayPal surcharge as well. My shipping agent will come around to inspect and take care of any necessary documentation needed for the purchase, funds will clear in your account before pickup. In the meantime can you send me more pictures if available?

I'm helping my father sell a car and it's the same damn thing, posted ad today and 2 hrs later kelvinklaser@aol.com wants to buy it via paypal and send an agent to verify. I guess it's too difficult for some losers to work and follow laws to earn a living. Disgusting.

I just got a text from kelvinklaser@aol.com at 613-917-7122 and googled it before I answered.  Thank you very much for posting this, and to the other folks who have posted this online.  It is greatly appreciated.  Selling stuff and getting ready for a big move is stressful enough without being scammed.  Thanks. =)

Another Kelvin Klaser phish.  Received a text in response to my autotrader.ca vehicle ad, asking for information already available in that advertisement.  The proceeded to attempt to arrange payment via PayPal, with no negotiation of price taking place.  Same thing of "my agent will do this, that, and the other thing" as is common to these scams.  The email being operated under is kelvinklaser(at)aol(dot)com.
