This number called and my husband answered, they asked for me, I wasn't home.  They left this phone number and wanted me to call them back.  After reading the comments here, I will certainly not be calling them back.  I just looked at our call directory, they've called 10x already.

They have called me 3 times in the past week, it may be BMO as I deal with the company. No name on my call alert, no message left. I do not answer. I do not call back. They can call me until dooms day,. Who cares. If BMO uses these outfits or any other company you would think they would be more professional!

The company is called TRG customer solutions.  They are a marketing and research company.  They claim they will remove a number within 72 hours, call the number and the auto attendant will give the option to remove your number.

I've been getting calls from this #  more and more often.  At first it was prob once every couple weeks, now its 3x  a day! Never answered any of the calls and they never left any messages.  I did text them asking who it was but they never replied either.  Very suspicious... Thx for the heads up ppl

got a call from this number on March 22, 2012. I did not answer the call. I have a software program called Phone Tray and built in modem in my computer that allows the phone number to  show up on my computer screen. I have the option of zapping this caller with an annoying sound or I can give them the silent treatment. after the 1st ring. I will be adding them to my block list. It does seem as though this is a phone scam.  I advise you to not to answer it

I have been receiving these calls three or four times a day! Except Sundays. I refuse to answer. This has been going on for about a month!

Part of a fraud campaign targeting numerous financial institutions.  Note the pattern of shill postings all claiming the number is real - an obvious giveaway.

The large number of phony posts claiming the call is real come from some con artists spamming the site to try to fool people.  There is a similar pattern to other fake calls claiming to be from Chase, Citibank, Bank of America, US Bank, Wells Fargo, RBC, PayPal, etc. all with the same shill postings:

I got a call from this number. They wanted to send me some special women package on behalf of bmo. The connection was terrible. I said that I didn't allow anything to be activated until I saw what it was about. So after insisting 3 times that I had one month to cancel it if I chose not to go for it, they finally said they wouldnt be able to send me some discount vouchers and the welcome package. They also gave me the following website www.ha-titlewatch.com to check before I said no. What does this have to do with bmo?! Just be careful and don't give any personal info, that's my advice. The website was barred by my browser as unsafe.

Received a call at 4-4:30pm for last few days.

BMO mastercard have called repeatedly. I've talked to them twice and told them I'm not interested but they keep calling so I just don't pick up.

so far I have received 2 calls from this number - the first tiome the lady said there was a great deal of crakling on the line and hung up in my ear, last night they called and did not leave a message.  I tried calling back and sent them a text message, to which there was no reply.  I think it is a major scam.

Received calls from 647-930-1191 at my work# many times a day in the past two weeks. Seems like prank calls as noone is on the other line.  I often waited 15 seconds and hung up. I couldn't stand it today and waited 30 seconds. BMO telemarketer came online, spoke really fast about who she is.  Once I found out this is about promoting new service, I told them this number is listed with Do-Not-Call list and they should not be calling. She apologized and said it will take 30 days for my number to be removed from their list. Will see if it eventually stops.

Received the call on Jan.27 2012. He knew my name and said it was Bank of Montreal calling. He sounded professional at first, but I was leery, because of the phone number, I have call display. He proceeded to tell me of this service they were offering, credit info. for the past 6 yrs., and some other services. The 1st month was free, but then it would be $17.99 a month. He knew my address. I told him I wasn't interested and I didn't like the phone call. I was disturbed by the phone call. I called Bk of Mont.Mastercard, she said it sounded like a scam. I called the phone number, T R T Customer Solutions, but you can't get through to anyone. Just a recorded message and if you wanted your number off their list then press the number. Why won't Bank of Montreal investigate into this matter, our information is with these scammers!! Be careful, watch your credit card statements, and your bank account statements, that's what BMO mastercard said.

Ive gotten calls from this number almost everyday for the past couple weeks....even on the weekend! Ive tried calling back several times and it usually just disconnects. However, a few times ive got through and an automated msg came on saying they were a company called PRG customer solutions or something. It asked me if I wanted to delete my # from their list and asked me to key in my #. Well the calls didnt stop! ????

1-649301191  BMO supposedly but not. Same as others asking for personal info trying to sell insurances. BMO does not use cell phones. They call at least three times a week. Just say goodbye and hang up.

This number is calling me the second time now acting as TRG on behalf of BMO MasterCard offering home appliance protection services. The lady I spoke to first time said she is located in Philippines althought the call display indicates 647-930-1191; so this is obviously a fake caller ID. I asked her what their website is, she said trg.com; I checked right away. There was nothing on this website, so she went to check with a supervisor and she mentioned trgworld.com (who are not located in Philippines). Funny that they don't even know their own website. She also couldn't give me a call back number. I ended up calling trg.com.ph in Philippines and they had no clue what I was talking about. So these guys are also faking what company they are from. I really wonder where they are getting my name and address from. I've reported this to BMO already. This is way too fishy!

I wouldn't say its a SCAM. Its definitely annoying. Its just one of the companies that Mosaik Mastercard has some 3rd party affiliation with.

These guys are definitely calling offshore, but its not like they asked your for anything more than your home town and email address.

I simply said no after listening to the guy.  I was actually googling while listening to him, and made him a little uncomfortable after asking more questions than he could handle.  

Reason I have 2 email addresses. 1 for legit, and another for junk.

i had this number call me twice in a row....both around 730.  so i saved the number in my contacts so i'd remember.  they called me at 730 on a saturday night, and i finally picked up.  some guy with an indian accent calling from "bmo"  i just said i wasnt interested and hung up.  im hoping they stop calling, but still have the number in my phone incase they try it again
