Just got the same yellow lined paper, red ink from Fabio and wife Amie looking to buy our house too. I'm not calling back either, my house isn't for sale.

Same return as well 15 Windermere Ave.

I got the same letter, hand-printed in red ink, yello-lined note paper.  No unit # in the return address, just 15 Windermere, Toronto, plus postal code.  It's a condo tower on the southeast corner of Queensway and Windermere, by the townhouses.  Has anyone called the number?

Also recieved yellow lined paper.  Handwritten in red ink, asking to buy the house.  No name listed on the envelope I recieved, just the address.  From - 15 Windermere, Toronto, return address.  Same phone number, Fabio and Annie.

I got the letter as well. Very unprofessional way to do business. No unit number in the return address, no last name. Is it a serious or a lame attempt to get my unlisted telephone number? Well the house is not for sale so i wont bother calling them back

Yup, got same red pen handwritten letter from Fabio (and his wife Amie from a 15 Winderemere condo) in a yellow pad. I agree with others that it is another way a real estate agent would 'phish' for possible client.

We also rec'd a hand-written note on yellow-lined paper via regular mail in February 2012, noting "Fabio" and his wife "Annie" or "Amie" would like to buy our house. There is a return address in the corner which I Googled and it looks to be a condo building. We assumed it was an agent trying to pique our interest in selling. There are also brokerages who will guarantee a purchase (i.e. if they don't sell your home within a certain amount of time, then the brokerage will buy it). Sounds odd but I feel a bit better knowing we're not the only ones :)

Got a letter in the mail asking to purchase my house.  Signed Fabio and wife.  This phone number left as contact #.  The letter was hand written.
