Received this call from this number. Rings twice and does not allow you to answer it. Would appreciate it if this can be blocked from calling anyone else.

Calls in the middle of the night. Luckily they only have an app number. 649 area code is Turks and Caicos islands. Long distance number for us and something like 1.50 per minute.

Got a call from this number about an hour ago. Not sure who would be calling from Turks and Caicos or how they got my number. Two rings and it hung up. Probably a scam.
