I just got a phone call from that number 5 minute ago.

Just got a call from them.  It was a recorded message for some debt consolidation outfit.  On my iPhone, it indicates the call is from Turks & Calcos Islands.  Off to file a complaint!

I received a call from this number too, checked google, apparently it is a turk and caicos island phone number, and is involved in a scam system.  Do not answer it.

Received 7 calls from 6492756932 within 3hrs.....these laaazy suckers just want free money from American people.  I read another website where these morons charge $2000.00 per minute for international rate if you call back.

didnt answer the phone, but then called back, it said the number couldnt be completed as dialed then it gave me a disconnection beeping. Looked it up and it says turks and caicos.........strange? oh well

same as other posts - nobody there when I answered.  Normally I do not take unknown calls, but I have friends traveling out of the USA.

answered call, was from a company called "Consumer Debt Advocates".  Pressed 1 to speak to an associate, after being connected to a live person I asked to speak to their supervisor.  I was then promptly hung up on.

I have been on the National Do Not Call Registry for 4 years now and have never owned a credit card other than a department store card 15 years ago.

There is no legitimate reason I would ever receive a call from a debt consolidation company.

Just got a call but they hung up quickly.

I didn't hear my cell ring when the call came through. Didn't leave a message. When I called back line was busy. I received the call at 12:15 pm.

Looks like this # has been busy today!  I didn;t answer it either & they just called me.

Just answered a call from that number and a recorded voice said it was a debt consolidation company.  It then said "if you are on a do not call list or would like to be removed from this list, press 2"  I presses 2 and hung up.  Hope I didn't give myself a cell phone virus! ~

Received phone call on my cell phone and ignored it.  They didn't leave a message.

I found out more about this -- it's an 809 scam, an older type that makes money from long-distance charges when you call the number back. It works because area codes like this look like domestic U.S. area codes.

I also got this call, about 3 hours and 20 minutes ago. I was away from my phone and didn't see the call. No message left.
