Because the number on your caller ID is fake.  Easy peasy.  CID CNUM Spoofing.

just got a call from 650 204 3191 dint answer it becuse i didnt know the number but didnt  leave a message when called back said no one was availble 2 take ur call at this time tried 2 leave message said voice mail box was full and disconnected me

Keep getting calls from this number and once i called back it says number i have reached have been disconnected! when does it stop!

Now this makes sense - this 6502043191 number showed up on my missed calls today. Earlier today I received a call from 314-627-5604 CI Learning about an application I was suppose to have filled out online (told the guy I didn't and to remove me from his calling list). However in the past 24 hours I've received 8 calls from different numbers all with either an unknown name or Classes Online, Classes Careers or Careers Institute showing up in the caller ID.  I've also been plagued with spam emails from these same types of so called 'learning institutions'. Other numbers were 312-878-5679 and 302-394-6827, 213-289-5542

This number has called me 10 times in the last 2 days...How annoying! Make it stop!

Called twice today by this number. Once at 11:23am 12:51pm. No message left... no caller ID information other than Unknown Caller. I had 3 calls from these nitbags yesterday and others on previous days.

This made me giggle. My dad is a pretty funny guy with a really dry sense of humor. He has been preying on telemarketers for years. Last year, he got the idea to get a blow horn that sits by the phone for when they call. We tested it out a couple of times, but it doesn't come out that loud on the other end of the phone (I got to be the test telemarketer). He still did it when they called, but it didn't seem to irritate them too much. At most he got a "very funny".

These people call at various times and leave no message.

Have been receiving calls from this number 6502043191 over the last week or so, they have never left and message, when I tried to call the number back it told me the person at ext. 1102 was not available to leave a message, which I did not.

Received a call this morning and answered a foreign speaking lady by the name of Jane asked for me by name she said she was from the Education & Degree and that she was calling in regards to a recent application I submitted online requesting information about college courses.  She asked if I was planning on taking classes within the next 6 months or still had any interest.  I told her that I would not interested and to please remove me from the call list, she said she would follow the Do Not Call request and that it could possibly take a week to have me removed but that I would be.

hey guys watch out when they called me i picked up with several hello but no respond. just watch out dont give any info to them as they can use it to ruin your credit. i tried calling back it says extension 1102 is not available leave a message and hang up or press the pound key. just leave those 419 people alone they are bad.

Called me and there was a recording saying all of the agents were busy. I called back many times trying to figure out who it is but never got anyone

I found voice message on my phone from 650-204-3191.  Identified himself as Mark Allan.  Calling to say I owed money. I don't owe anything. But this  is the same person that called me a number of times from 724-994-1160.  Its the same person very strong foreign accent hard to under stand.It is a scam. I have blocked the calls from the  different numbers. I will report to do not call registry as I am not suppose to receive these calls.

I don't have to be on hold. I can never get anyone on the line to take my call when they call back. I don't know who they are or what they want I just hang up.

Just got a call from this number. It is 12:19am.  OMG we tried and tried to call back, but kept "your number cannot be completed as dialed". You have no idea how badly we wanted to talk to someone, how dare you call someone's home that time of morning. Will keep trying to find out who it was.

I just got a call at 11:03PST and i couldnt get to my phone in time and when i called it back it said i had reached a non working number...OMG Im pissed that someone would call that late at night. This is Insane. They better not hope I find out who they are.

I want to get someone involved to shut these people down.  They don't know the laws of Florida and you have to stop at 8:30 pm at the latest.  These people don't tell you their name or the name of the company.  They are f**ken rude and they are probably trying to scam you.

It's a company called Phoenix Credit Solutions.  A woman named Jennifer McMillian left a message and when i called back she left me on hold for like 5 minutes and then came back on and said she had to call me back.. She says she's calling about a defaulted pay day loan, which I don't have.

They have called at my work phone, but always no one in on the line when I answer.

I've received multiple calls from 650-204-3191.  I don't answer my cell phone if I don't recognize the number...  I just left the voicemail pick it up.  Whomever this was- they did not leave a message.  I tried calling back and the automated message states that all representatives are engaged and to press 1 to keep holding for a representative..  a few seconds later- the same message repeats- and that's pretty much it.  Nobody ever comes on the line.  If it happens again- I'll just ignore it and hope they don't call again.  It's obviously not a real company because if it were there would be a company name on the automated message, but their isn't.

Called today, and I answered, but no one was on the line. If no one says anything, I do a count down to get a reaction, which there was none.

Whomever is calling, is not interested in answer or talking to me.
