When I get out of state calls I do not know I send them straight to  voice mail and of course they don't leave one. I started saving them as a contact called Spam with "Send to voicemail " option clicked. After a couple of times they stop calling on that number and choose a new one.  I don't have to listen to my phone ring.  After a couple of months I delete them.

Received a call from this number again today.  This time the Caller ID Name displayed is "Private Number"  Didn't leave a message.

Got a few calls from this number no called ID just unknown. I do not answer out of state numbers or any numbers where the info is blocked, I wait until the machine picks up if they leave a message and it's someone or some place I know I pick it up. These people never left a message and the 3rd time they called I did grab it and answer, no one on the other end answer me back.

Caller Id shows J2 GLOBAL COMMU .  I did a quick search on J2.  Perhaps these "business people" are using J2's eVoice services.  They didn't leave a message.

I received a call from this number and the person said I had a billing issue with a current magazine subscription. He knew my name and the magazine I am subscribing to. I said I would check on this and contact the magazine, he said he would hold while I checked on it. When I repeated that I would contact the magazine back directly, he raised his voice and said "I said you had a billing issue, you stupid b#$@h". I hung up and contacted the magazine directly. They do not make call outs, my subscription was paid through Sept 2014 and they took the phone number to report to the home office.

They called, no message.  Who do you complain to about these calls?
