I have received at least 2 calls from this number - I did not answer either call.  The funny thing is that they have called both times on a Monday right around 11:00 AM.

Just got a call from these guys. Sounds like a scam. I have blocked them.

I looked into this number further.  The service provider to this phone is XO California.  A service provider is responsible to halt abusive practices of their customers.   So, individuals should call the hosing services # to complain.  I hope a tone of people call them.

This is a recorded telemarking call from a company idenitfying themselves as WCA and identifing the individual they call as a "subscriber" even though this is false.  No message is left if the individual called doesnotpick up.  Calling back, there is a message that invites you to press 2 to unsubscribe.  The call is then transferred to another recorded message that, as best I can tell, you have to listen to until you are prompted to enter "2" again to unsubscribe.  The long message is a sales pitch.  This is an abuse of my private telephone line and is FCC actionable.
