"Paul Davis" from this number just called about selling us ink & toner.  When I told him we were under contract with a company & they provided our toner he said very sarcastically "whatever... that sounds almost believable".  He claimed he was from Associated Supply Company.  Dont bother calling if you're just going to be rude.

Over the years I have purchased their ink and toner.  They are a lot cheaper and I have not had any problems.  When they call, I do have to stand my ground if I'm not ready for any supplies. I don't use much toner, like one a year and ink maybe two a year.  Therefore, I only order once a year.  I explained that I would call them when I need something.  This has helped a lot.  They push....You have to push back.

It was Associated Supply in Las Vegas. I've purchased toner from them a few times and never had any problems. They beat my local prices and their products seemed to be adequate. I will say that they need to brush-up on their telephone etiquette as they all appear to have that East-Coast abrasiveness.  They also call too frequently, like every other week.

Today I received two calls from a male who THINKS he's smart.
(He's not).
The Caller ID shows 702-739-8129 Associated Supp

He asks for the owner by first name as if he knows the owner personally.
I smile, because I KNOW it's them again, and I know they will not be successful in attempting to bother the owner.  I tell them (with a smile) the owner isn't in right now.
He asks what time he will be in.
My reply is deliberately vague.
TWO can play at this game.
Because they won't give you their name, they will not tell you the nature of their call, or the name of their company, they aren't going to get ANY information that is worthwhile out of me.  "It's hard to tell, he's in and out.  He doesn't have a set schedule."
The male caller says, "I'll just call him on his cell phone".
I say "ok" (still smiling, because I know good and well that he CAN'T call the owner's cell phone, and I know what comes next).
He says, "What's his cell phone number?" or "What was that number?"
I advise him I don't give out the owner's cell phone number.
Then he hangs up on me, (rudely), waits exactly TWO HOURS and tries again.
Same routine, same words.
It's funny.

This company called a ridiculous # of times for my boss who is rarely in the office.  Once he was able to s/w the sales rep my boss decided to give them a try.  We got our ink and even though the cartridges are full the printer doesn't recognize it and all the lights show as empty.  Not a huge deal though since they were inexpensive.  We had placed our order in 12-2010, they now call every 2 weeks to see if we need more.  We are a small office and the excessive calls are too much!  My boss told them the last time they called to not call us again and we will call them when we need more ink....he's called 3 times today!  We will not use them anymore and hope the phone calls will eventually stop.

Again today. I didn't even let him get through his opening spiel, told him that we had requested they stop calling us multiple times. His excuse was that he "works in a different department"... what, they can't talk to each other? Leave notes on the break room table for each other?

I really wish I could travel back in time, find the person who worked here before me and did business with them and STOP HER.

Ah, they're back. Even though I told them flat out last time that we don't even use ink or toner at all. I didn't pick up the phone at all, and they didn't bother to leave a message. Now to see if this marks the start of another cycle of calling endlessly.

Be very wary of non OEM cartridges. If you have a newer printer that may still be under a mfg warranty, using these reman's will viod all warranties. They leak, and can only be refilled once or twice. You never know what you will be getting.

This has to be the fifth time they've called us. Still asking for a person who hasn't worked here in at least five years. We don't even use toner or inkjet cartridges! I have tried telling these people that, and have been summarily ignored when I ask to be removed from their contact list.

Today, just now, when I told them not to call back, the man on the other end rather rudely said "I'll call back tomorrow."

How is that any way to get someone's business? Because it's just ticking me off!

I just  got a call from 702-739-8129 a woman wanted to talk to business owner.  Tried to ask what we were paying for toner/ink.  I said none of your business we shop through internet.  She got nasty about it.  I noticed they don't have a website.  They don't have an 800 number and there have been numerous complaints,.  i am also not a business and therefore, they are violating the DN Call list.  That list is a joke.... nobody enforces it.

woman said I was rude and hung up on me.  

I should have had them send me some free cartridges to some business name that doesn't exist and not pay the bill that would teach them.  I think they are bogus.... but next time they call someone see if they will send samples free..... Let them eat the money!

I received a call from this company in reference to toner cartridges.
My salesman was very polite, sent me 3 cartridges to try.  I did not have to pay the invoice for 60 days to make sure I liked them. It just so happens that they are cheaper and the cartridges work just as well as the original brother ones.  I have been very pleased with this company.

Just got a call from them asking for my minor daughter (she does modeling and I use this number for her bookings).  Wonder who sold my number to them!  I asked they take her off their list.  Hopefully I won't get any more calls.   Trying to sell ink and toner.

They called us continously saying they will send free cartriges. Then there verification dept called to verify the order but she said I am being chared for it. I said the rep said that they were free. I cancelled the order. The the sales reg called me back getting into me that we had a verbal agreement and that they were not free. They try to play mind games with you. They are clearly rip offs.

I work for a Company that owns two franchises.

A woman by the name of Summer called from Associated Supply trying to sell Ink products for our printers. I told her if someone was interested, they would call back.

She gave 800-345-9072 EXT 212 to contact her.

Not a minute later she calls the second franchise number, recognized by voice, says she called the wrong number and hung up before I could say anything.

These people have called repeatedly for months.  I have asked them very politely to remove us from their calling list because we are not now, nor ever will be interested.  This must anger them because they continue to call.  Finally I asked for a supervisor and a retard named "John" hung up on me.  I then called back and spoke to a supervisor who informed me that there were many "notes" to cease calling us.  The supervisor was very polite and said she would take care of things...lets see how this goes.  I will file a complaint if need be.

Granted, they are very persistent, but in fairness, I started ordering ink cartridges from them about 4 years ago and I've had the same rep since I started ordering from them. Their product is not OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), but I've saved money because I use quite a bit of toner and what they sell is definitely cheaper than Epson and HP products. The only catch is that you have to order in lots of 6 or 12. But if I have any problem with a cartridge, my rep will send me replacements.
