I called this number back.  The recording didn't sound like it was really PG&E.  Especially since PG&E must have offices nearer than Moss beach.  More likely someone who sells appliances.

I have received a call from 650-263-3210, I learned that it doesn't matter if you're on the do not call list, it's in regards to your PG&E gas service. My wife and I signed up with them.
