Ok, I've received calls from 650-365-3691,650-364-6788,408-262-4239 and 408-262-4197.   They start calling at 8:30 a.m. and end at 9 p.m.  I don't understand how this company can possibly be making any money?  They don't talk to you when you answer, they just keep calling and calling and calling!!!!!!  Does that give them a trill?  It's just another reason for me to look into not having a home phone number anymore!  They did talk to my daughter yesterday and asked how much our PG&E bill is, when she said I don't know they said "OH, your mom pays the bills?" and hung up!!!! They will probably continue to call forever!!!!  I just re-registered on the do not call list, but feel that won't help.

They have a new fake number. Now it's 650-365-3691.   It amazes me that it is worth it to them to do this robot calling BS.  How can there be people stupid enough to buy from unidentified lowlifes who invade their home multiple times a day?

408-262-4239  & 650-365-3691  are the other two numbers that these "terrorists" hide behind.    How is it that you & I must pay our phone bills, but these A-holes can use a number while it's "disconnected"?

PLEASE SUBMIT COMPLAINTS TO FTC (If you are on Do Not Call Registry) , and FCC!!! (Complaint form 1088 at fcc.gov) The only way the government is going to step in and help is if they are flooded with complaints and then they can not ignore it any longer.

THIS IS A TELEMARKETING SOLAR REFERRAL COMPANY! NATIONAL RENEWABLE ENERGY CENTER!! They are NOT associated with THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY (National Renewable Energy Laboratory). When you go to this company's website- they do not have a contact address- only a telephone number. BE VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT CALLING THEM AS One of the defenses a telemarketer can claim is that YOU called THEM to ask for information in which case they are allowed to continue to call you! You can try to record the conversation BUT IF YOU LIVE IN A TWO-PARTY CONSENT STATE (Such as California or Florida) You MUST tell the person/Call agent, other party you are recording the call (or be in violation of wire-tapping laws). I recommend sending certified letters to all possible entities associated with this company (Info below)

They KNOW they are violating the do not call registries and other telephone consumer protection acts but since the majority of their targets are in California, the swapping of Telephone #'s, and/or the company will claim ignorance (first violations are often a warning/slap on the wrist)- they continue to do this illegal business as usual.

They are a referral company that refers you to solar energy companies such as A1 Solar, Etc. Once a number starts to get too much attention (for example- On this forum), they switch numbers! I've received calls from this company from the following numbers (I've logged them all)

408-262-4197; 408-262-4239, and now 650-364-6788. It will soon change again. I've spoken to 3 reps. A rude guy who would not give me his name and/or company name, Calvin, and Lisa. ALL I HAVE DEMANDED TO STOP CALLING!!!. They all say they will put me on their list and THEN THEY CALL BACK!

Like many other consumers, my telephone service provider will not do anything to stop these calls (Unless I pay 8 dollars a month to add a feature that can block up to ten lines- But with this company playing musical chairs with telephone numbers, I will quickly run out of that option!)

I'm currently taking steps to file a civil claim as each violation carries a $500 penalty. I'm looking at least 6 violations. But I figure I will go to the statutory max as punitive damages since they are fully aware of what they are doing. I've even investigated hiring a consumer advocate attorney (a class action lawsuit?). From other fellow complainants I have the following information in which I am sending a certified letter to each and every one of these addresses.

We are also getting calls from this number EVERy day at all hours.  How do I stop this from happening?  We have told them to stop calling but no one speaks.

We have been receiving calls from this number for weeks, 24/7, including weekends.  When we answer the phone all we hear is dead silence.  When we dial the number it indicates it is disconnected.  We are retired and want the calls to stop NOW.

I got nine calls from 408-262-4239, each time it was nothing but "Dead Air" when I picked up.  I called A&T, and they KNOW it's a robo-call, but they claim they can't stop it 'cause "they're not the regulators".    I told them I wanted to discontinue paying for my phone service (I.e. become disconnected) and continue to receive all the operational value that they're extending to these crooks.   Just today I started getting the 650-364-6788 "dead air" calls.

Attn: NSA!   THESE ARE TERRORISTS !!!   DO SOMETHING NOW!!!  WE ARE ALL IN DANGER!!!!

I've been receiving call from this number for almost three months, and never answer it do to " Unknown Name" Finally I was sitting there and they were relentless, calling me about eight times a day. I finally picked up and there wasn't anyone on the line. the next day when the caller called I answered and the person on the line said that they were PG&E selling solar products for the home. I told them I wasn't interested and hung-up. The next day they started calling again!
I know that PG&E isn't responsible for these calls and will notify them of this today!

I have had the same progression with all 3 of those numbers.

These b*****ds were using 408-262-4239, 408-262-4197 and other spoofed #'s before that.  Never buy anything from these a-holes.  

Activist to stop these senseless calls made by Telemarketers & Robots who should get a real job instead of degrading themselves for minimum wage working in an unrewarding job.  

after the fourth Call today there was someone on the line. Claimed that the do not call list did not apply to public service calls. That they (he) was hired to tell people about the rising rates of PG&E and what we could do about it . I hung up and blocked the number

I received a call yesterday and today from this number (and I did not pick up in either case). They did not leave a message. I've now blocked it (in my Ooma options). Thanks to FiveSmyths, above, for sharing info. I live in the same County as the prefix of the number indicates. I think that spammers & heisters can spoof a number, making it look like you're receiving a local call, as long as the number they're spoofing is not in service. That's just a guess, as it seems like more of these types of calls are appearing to be local.

Just started getting calls from this number today. I call right back and it says the number is disconnected or no longer in service. If you have phone service with Comcast. You can add them to a list and block them. *60
