They keep calling me at nine in the morning. Answered once and got a weird automated voice asking for my company info (I'm a college student, no company here) and figured they wouldn't call back. I figured wrong.

BrightPattern on caller ID. Never heard of them, so I did not answer.

Phone rang, didn't answer because I did not recognize ID. Said BRIGHTPATTERN. Left no message.

I stayed on the line and was connected to a person. They told me the company name was Data Services. The person said his name was Mark Angel, employee number EP19376. He said they were located in the Philippines, although Caller ID indicates San Mateo, CA. He refused to let me speak to his supervisor. He refused to provide me with a company address. I said he was required to by law and he still refused. I said I would sue and he said he was OK with that.
