Got a call from this number and got pre-recorded marketing call to clean floors.  I hung up.

This phone number was on my caller id as unknown caller.  I called the number. Nobody responded.

They called my cell phone, asking to steam clean the carpets in my car.  Dave's car care I think they said.

Why doesn't eveyone who gets called actually schedule their carpets to be cleaned and then when they get to the front door just tell them to "go to h_ll"
That should put them out of business in no time!

Filed a complaint to the FCC after receiving the carpet / upholstery cleaning telemarket call on my wireless phone after never having any relationship w/ this company.

They called me today as well on the cell. I contacted AT&T and despite usually being really non-challant about customer service, they took the number down and said they will go after them.

I guess if enough people will report this number to the wireless providers, they eventually will be shut down.

Got a call, did not answer as I did not recognize the number and no message was left, immediately after I got an "unavailable" id call and no message.

what is up with this? i have been getting so many unknown calls lately. i just got one today from the same number 650-720-9075. i usually don't answer, and i never call back until after i have googled the number to make sure its not bs. but as it turns out, it is bs. WTF!

I got a call from them to with no message left. Very annoying.  I will file a complaint as well.

It seems that they probably hired an automated dialer which indiscriminately calls every possible phone number in a prefix area.

Yes, telemarketing calls to cell phones are illegal.  Unfortunately, as Frank already pointed out, the only thing you can really do is report them to the FCC: http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html

If you feel really motivated, and if your cell phone captured their telephone number, or you find it on your cell phone bill, you can take them to small claims court and file suit for up to $500.  It's alot of time and effort, and you probably won't get the full $500 for one call.

It's NOT OK for a telemarketer to call a wireless device according to the FCC, even if you aren't on the do-no-call registry.  You can file a complaint with the FCC under "FCC Form 1088" on this page:

I also got a call for carpet cleaning and pressed 1 after having to listen to the complete recorded message to speak to someone.  The lady hung up on me while I was asking to be removed from their list.  I called the number back, but the call ended after 5 rings.

I am on the do-no-call registry and I have attempted to make a complaint about similar types of messages and have been unsuccessful with getting anywhere with the BBB, AT&T and the FTC.

We can take the company down ... I was patiently waiting for the real human to respond. Once a girl respond, I asked " Which company is it ", she quickly hung up on me. I then googled " 650-720-9075 ". Thats where I found this website. We can take the company down ...

I got a robo call for carpet cleaning on my cell phone.  I'm on the National Do Not Call Registry and filed a complaint.  I get these every few months.

i too got called by 650-720-9075 but didnt answer and they left no message, after googling the number and seeing that i'm  not alone i tried to call them back... the call never went through after trying 5 times.

got a call from the stam cleaning company as well.  I am not registered with DMC but did fill out the Dodd for preseident call your senator about the telco amnesty bill.  Ia m not sure if that registers me with the DMC.
