Re: 888-466-8752   They call at least 4 times every single day asking for my mother.  They won't talk to me when i tell them that she has Alzheimer's Disease and no longer lives here.  I asked to speak to a manager and the man was extremely RUDE and told me that "That wasn't going to happen".  Then I said that my number needs to removed from this list and he said the same think.  I called him a few choice words and hung up.  Then I called back, hoping to get a different person and he actually THREATENED me.  Said he had my number traced and was going to place a complaint against ME for harassment.  I told him to PLEASE go right ahead!

This 651 204 1307 need stop call me when at work and work overnight I don't pick up when at work I not expect call at nit only if friends or family member I don't accept call from business call @ 9pm so need stop everyday tha s*** piss me off cuz sumtime they call from different number I need leave a message so I know it is.. So ya I try way to block then and u know holla @ this message wit a answer ?

I had the exact same response.  You should all complain to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) as I did.  Fill out the appropriate form here:

IC Systems is a debt collections agency, I'm currently dealing with them with a fraudulent verizon bill. They're actually nice people surprisingly considering what they do and how most are complete jerks!

They call from the 651 # and the 888#, it took me a while to put two and two together. They were calling my house for the people who used to live here. I'm not sure what happened to the people that used to live at our house, but they had some serious financial problems! We get calls from TMOBILE collections, now IC systems, and some other companies, then some man came to our house to give a summons to the previous owners! How crazy. I think they do a search on our address and our # shows up EVEN though it shows under a different name!

We get this call on a daily basis. I tried calling that number back, and I get a fax machine, so I'm assuming they're trying to send a fax to our number. We don't answer any call we don't recognize, and like the post above, we only call back if someone leaves a message. Tempted to report this to someone, but don't know who.

The only thing i have in collections is from Verizon Wireless.  My account was recently sold to I.C. Systems INC.  

1-888-466-8752 is their toll free collections payment number.  PO Box 64887.  St Paul MN 55164-0887 is their Payment address.  The letter they sent me came from 444 Highway 96 East Box 64886, 55164-0886.

These started a couple of days ago, early in the morning, and when I answer, there is no one there...no recording, nothing, just silence.

Call comes in every afternoon.  I never answer, because I don't know who it is.  There is never a message.  My voice mail says, "If I don't recognize your number, I won't answer.  If you want to hear from me, you MUST leave a message."  I have had calls from this number in the past (a couple of months ago).  They stopped and now they've begun again.
