This number showed up as a missed call.  No msg left.

I received a call from this number (651) 241-8211 and they "DID" leave a message. It was the Allina Health Care Clinic which my mother and I had filled out a health care directive and upon being put in their system, copies were to be sent to us. When my mother did not receive them, I called and left a message that we never received them so Allina was following up to my phone call (message left). However, since the number was not in my phone book, it did not show up as a name and I don't answer calls from unknown sources, too many solicitors. I immediately call them back.

This is a legitimate phone call.
The call was "NOT" an event reminder but rather to help me resolve an issue but there was not a choice for a business calling me to handle personal affairs.

United Heart and Vascular Clinic.  Called to confirm my appointment.  Was a real call and it was legit.

Allina Clinic was the caller

I had a voicemail from the Allina Clinic in Northfield, MN reminding me of an appointment and about some lab results.

Called three times this morning. I answered "This is Joe"  Male asked for Steve and then said "wrong number" 9:50 am
Called again at 10:29, two rings and then hang up before I could answer
Third call at 10:31, I answered "This is Joe" female said "wrong number"

no message. just filled the message with blank air. Tried to return call and I got recorded message from Allina/ hospitals and clinics.

The number is from Allina Medical Clinic

A lady with foreign accent called at 6:40 AM. She was mumbling something then hanged up.

i got a call from this number and a woman was crying and left a message asking why i did this.  strange

I have received calls from this number on my cellular phone but they hang up right away. it's annoying

Got a call from this number too...did not bother calling back.  It made my phone not stop ringing which was very strange.  no vm left either :(

I got a call from that number.  They left a message too.  I was from Aspen Clinic at Bandana Square reminding me of an upcoming apppointment.

Aspen Bandana Square Clinic called me from this number to remind me of a pending medical appointment.

Many times they don't leave a message, especially on a work phone, due to HIPPA regulations.  Generally an appointment reminder but may also be used to let patients know things (i.e. your 6 month order of contacts is in).

Calling that number back gets you the Caller ID information mail box for Allina Hospital AND Clinic explaining that if anyone calls from that organization, this is the number that shows up on your caller ID... it goes on to say that Hospital/Clinic operators are not able to determine which extension the original call came from within the Hospital system.

It's the main number from Allina when someone calls you from United Hospital.

This number called my cell, after two rings they hung up.  651-241-8211, unknown minnesota caller it said.  10:20 am

Why do they call and not leave a message then?

Got a call at my house, then on my cell. Didn't answer either and didn't get a message on either. Also, 8:30 in the morning.
