I worked there once for a month, it's a joke, if one of the debt collectors gets someone to make a payment plan then they get comission but since I was still in the training phase when I was fired (for being too nice to the "debtors") the commission automatically went to my supervisor (which is probably why they had a high turnover and he was driving a nice car). I'm sorry that I felt bad for a lot of the people on the other end, they were going through hard times.  I was tough on the people that thought it was a joke and nice to the people that were trying to help themselves and didn't want to be in collections.  I was told I had to toughen up and get mean... sorry, that's not me, I was happy to walk out of that place, friggin' call center sweat shop!!

This phone number is for a company called alliance one debt collecter... Watch out for Alexander and Dustin... Those 2 are the most rudest people in the whole world... They are scum of the earth... They curse and swear at people... I don't understand how they get away with that... Maybe if they get sued, there attitude will change...
