Yeah I kept getting a call allegidely from a St. Paul police officer trying to return a social security card to me (however it wasn’t my name, and it was apparently found in a bowling alley over an hour away from where I live (I don’t bowl))

I called St. Paul police and they said they didn’t have an officer by that name whatsoever.

When he called back (several times in a row) I finally answered and he tried getting information from me like my birthday or middle initial (he previously said weird things that seemed like they were angled toward me acknowledging or denying information like where I lived or my family members names) I told him I wasn’t comfortable giving that information over the phone and that it clearly wasn’t my social security card. He basically gave up when I told him I called the police about it (although he told me I should have called the number he gave, which doesn’t come up as a police number, instead of the actual police non emergency line)

O.k I get a voicemail alert and a msg. My concern is why did this number have access to my voicemail but my phone never rang nor did it log a missed call . evil invasion of privacy but talk about big brother. ARE OUR FREEDOMS AT RISK I'm contacting a civil liberties organization. AMERICA WE ARE IN DEVISABLE ONE NATION UNDER GOD .......

This number is from the Ramsey County Courthouse reminding jurors of their upcoming jury summon.  

Calls keep coming from this number with unidentified caller.   When calling back it
says "I've received this call from Ramsey County display?. and may be a mistake?"

This guy keep calling for awhile now asking for my newborn son's social security number because we have medical assistant through Ramsey County. I told him to send me a letter of any kind and he said he sent 2 letters to my house the past months and I never seen it. No way I am gonna give him the SSN over the phone,

Received three calls from this number today. Ignored the first two calls because generally I dont answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. By the third time I was annoyed and decided to answer. I had all the intent of giving the caller a verbal assault, however I recognized the voice. It was my Ex boyfriend calling from the Ramsey County assistance office asking me to help him fill out some forms. I said fill out your own damn papers and blocked this number.

Stop calling me!!!!! This is ridiculous - I've been getting calls everyday for a week!!!

Teeny-bop voice inquiring about my daughter.  I stated I was the mother.  She then said she meant another name (sounded similar to my daughter's name).  I asked who was calling and she rambled on about nothing and then rattled off my cell phone number that she has called before.  I told her I have had that cell number for over 8 years and have never received a call from her before.  She then asked me to repeat it back to her and I hung up.

Very irritating and waste of my time.

This number is calling repeatedly.  Sometimes phone says the left a message but there is never anything there.  Ramsey County operator says they have no idea what it is and that it is one of 6000 Ramsey county numbers!

called number and said the same as below ramsey count city of st paul general number displayed on caller id... this call could have been made by some one at the county office and possibly by mistake if no message was left just ignore it bla bla bla

I called the county assessor to ask him a question at the number he gave me. When he called back, this number was displayed. Seeing this number doesn't mean you're being investigated for a crime. It means someone at the county office building called you. It could be a friend in jail, a wrong number looking for an attorney or someone calling you back.  No need to worry about it if you haven't done anything.

6512669990 appears to be a number used by employees of the Ramsey County Gov to conceal who  they are and thereby call persons at all hours of the day or night without accountability.

got the call - returned the call and was given a new number to call 651-266-8500 - called that number and got live operator who had no idea why the call was made to San Diego area.

I saw this number on my caller ID and didn't answer, but then saw that I had a voicemail. The message was from a friend who works for the City of St Paul, but whose personal line is actually a different number. This is just a generic outgoing line I think.

They called for my brother, who is homeless.  She wouldn't tell me what the call was regarding.  She asked me to have him call Susan @ 651-266-4553.  I'm thinking Ramsey County services.
