I too have been getting calls 5 to 6 times a day. I told them it is harassment, and how if a payment has cleared on fri why on saturday are you calling me over and over after arrangements have ben made. This company make you believe they are helping you but they are really hurting everyone.except the medical orginization they are working with.

Yet another number for GE Money.  I seriously regret ever opening an account through them with Discount Tire.  Lost my job back in October because they wouldn't stop calling about a late payment.  Now, no job, how do they expect me to pay?  And, never leaving a message so I can call them back is not helping.  I will pay it when I get a job, and I can.  Bottom feeders.  Never, ever finance through these people!

They are calling me 3 or 4 times a day.
Why??

Constant robo-calls from this and many numbers. Never leave message. I think they farm all the collections out to anyone country who wants the work and don't worry about regulations.

Maybe you should pay them.

It was 8:32 am, this SUNDAY morning and once again, I got a wake up call for 651-286-5013 then again at 9:18 am.  It is G.E. Money (a.k.a. Credit Care which, I used for my college Masters? program).
I swear I am going to change my voicemail on Saturday nights to say this Sunday mornings:

"My sincere apologies for not being available, to any creditors which have the audacity to execute telephone communication on, what is supposed to be, a restful and sacred day of the week.

The hard-working individual you are attempting to contact ? relentlessly ? this early Sunday morning is at the family Catholic Church attending Mass.          

I will pray for you, the individual listening at the other end of this transmission (it must be necessary for you to be employed in a profession, which is primarily looked down upon).  

In addition, I will pray for myself and others like me since, I am eager to expedite the acquisition of improved employment and enhanced earnings whereby, increasing the monthly allocations distributed to your company as well as accelerating the paying-off balances.

Bottom line...no one would really even hears what you say.  I believe it is just voice activated then you get a pause ? then someone on the other line starts to speak or you get an automated message.  You are lucky if the system leaves you a voicemail if you do not answer.  In my experience, the system just disconnects and harasses you 46 minutes later :-(

Keep getting called and no messages, just hang ups. now that I know who it is I will call them. I usually assume its a wrong number and don't bother. Perhaps they could leave a message so you would know who to call. I have other calls I get for random people and I have created an unknown entry in my cell phone and have it set to send all calls to voicemail and not ring. If it's important they will leave a message, if not, then it must not be anything big.

If you used spell check, you would know how to spell "sense."  And if you read the other replies, you'd see it does not always have anything to do with nonpayment.  We had an account there years ago, the payments were on time and the card is paid off.  Suddenly, we have started getting these phone calls demanding payment on a account that was closed years ago!  And they call 10+ times a day!

I don't understand what these people are calling me for. I keep a close eye on my accounts, and none of them are in collection. None. I've had these people blocked about 5 times now and they always manage to get through using a new number. I refuse to answer any numbers I don't recognize. It makes it very difficult for work because when I'm called in on short notice, the number comes in as UNAVAILABLE, and if I don't pick up, I miss out on the call-in. That means I lose income.

Who in the hell are these people?? A collection agency? I don't have any debts in collection! How do I get these people to stop calling me??

Between 6512865013 and 8004104391, I've received 5 phone calls starting at 8:27AM Eastern Time.

GE Money Bank should be receiving a certified letter with return receipt today asking them to cease and desist with these harassing phone calls from dozens of different numbers from 5-12 times a day.  I cannot wait to take them off block and inform them that a cease and desist letter has been received and if I receive another call from ANY of their numbers I will go to the proper authorities.

I constantly get calls 8-9 times a day on my new phone and I have answered before and got into a huge argument with the guy that I spoke with because he just couldn't get it through his head that he had the wrong person. They keep calling for a morgan and my name is matt, nothing alike but he kept insisting that he had the right number and person. And finally after arguing and yelling at him for about 10 minutes I just hung up. Since then I've had others call as well and I have told them the same thing but yet I still continue to get the call from the same 651-286-5013 number so now I just ignore the call all together or answer long enough to hang up.

They are thieves. They deceive the customer, and purposely screw with your account in away that only benefits them. Increased interest rates, not applying payment to promotional balances in order to cause you to be late, which involves more fines, late fees, even higher interest.  Then they have the nerve to have a person who cant speak clear english call you.  They are far as I'm concerned, scam artists. regardless if I owe them anything, They can call till Tokyo freezes over and I will never send them one red penny. Corporations won't starve without my payments. SCREW YOU GE FOREIGN THEIVING FREAKS. AHH FEEL BETTER NOW.
