Caller hangs up & never leaves a message on our answering machine.

First time they ID'd as the "??? Communications Center ????" with so much background noise I could not understand the women that was calling. When I said that I could not hear her she hung up and now has been calling every day at random times and hanging up before I can answer. I have reported them daily to the do not call list to no avail. I have now tried blocking that number through my cell company and will see if that brings reliefe from these clowns.

I don't answer their calls because they call constantly!

I got this today and they hung up and left no message. I do see Vectren listed above and they are my Gass company, I just switched the Gas source and they have harrassed me to death about changing back. I wonder if this is Them?

Guess I need to get an air horn when I answer this phone number.

I don't know anyone in MN & don't have any bills or such that comes from there either.  This has to be some stupid solicitor calling.  I don't think soliciting phone calls should be legal to begin with.  A customer should contact a business, not a business bugging he shi% out of people.

Calls from 8AM to 9PM every 10 to 20 minutes, the epitome of phone harassment in all its bothersome wonders

Caller didn't leave message but when I done search, it says call came from Twin Cities, MN.  I seen they'er on View St between Randolph Ave and Juno Ave.

Caller always hangs up.  Caller ID says call is coming from Shoreview MN but when I done search on white pages, it says the number is from Twin Cities, MN.
