I receive 4 to 6 text messages a day from this number, 361-215-9356.  The text messages say something similar to this one example:

Your entry in our drawing WON you a Free $1000 Target Giftcard Enter "512" at www.target.com.bday.biz to claim it and we can ship it to you immediately.

I have tried to find a way to opt out of these text messages and found nothing.  When I call the number back I get a recording that says that this person's vmail has not been set up.

SCAM message about Best buy.  

"Your entry in our drawing WON you a FREE $1,000 BestBuy GiftCard!  Enter "612" at www.bestbuy.com.bdey.bis to claim it and we can ship it to you immediately"

bdey.biz is a domain registered out of Panama.   Their name servers do not answer and the parent is internet.bs http://www.spamhaus.org/news/article/679/
