Keep getting calls from this number. On do not call list so how do I block it? Never leave a message & sometimes say it's a courteous call. For what? Make them stop

Called back that number and guy claims to be from CAB Asset Management and wanted me to hold so he could collect my infomration to be sure I wasn't "wrong in the computer system."
They have been calling a number at work that isn't mine so I'm not sure who they are trying to reach - they would not tell me the name of the person but wanted all my personal information.

Have received multiple calls at all times of day from caller, but I don't answer as I don't recognize the number - being on the DNC list doesn't do any good it seems!!
