call all day long 2-3 times a day never leave a message

My minor daughter receives calls three to four times per day starting at 0430 a.m. and ending at midnight - Pacific Standard Time. They never leave a message and if she picks up - they do not answer. To top it off - this is a cell phone  that is being called.

Got one from this number on my cell phone too. 90% of the calls I get on my cell phone are garbage. 10% are for me. must be for whoever had the number before, but it's been mine for over 6 months now and I'm still getting them.
