annoying calls

Im Getting calls from this number and it asks me if it is me and if yes to press 1 i pressed 1 and they hang up

They keep on calling me everyday asking for some Terrie, I have told them it's the wrong number but the next day they call again!!

I've been perpetually harassed by this damn telephone number for the past several days, and, when I finally managed to contact the idiots in question, and posed a simple query as to why they have been pestering me, the obnoxious, Bangalore-bound employee retorted with a diatribe about how appallingly rude that was.  My response, verbatim, was, "what kind of response is that from a professional telephone operator, you son of a b***h?"  Then, predictably, I was disconnected.

If there is no prompt resolution to this, I will contact the FCC: this is absolutely impermissible behavior.

So, if you happen to be a representative of the corporation in question, prepare to be served with papers soon if you fail to desist.

Apparently IC Systems buys medical debt from physicians' & other medical practioners' offices and then tries the debt collection routine, using their automated computer dialing systems.

Funny you say they are a medical debt collector.  they said my debt is with AT&T wireless and I'm with Sprint.  If you answer this call you're wasting your time.  All they do is ask you person info (name and social security number).  If you give that out you're dumb.  I've tried giving them the number to have it removed, but no such luck now i get even more calls.

They called tonight for the first time. The guy just asked for Timothy... but sounded out of breath and would not identify himself.... weird.. glad we are not alone!!

Evidently they can also call on Sundays.  They wouldn't give any info on themselves but started giving out my name, address and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER without making sure it was me on the phone first - it could have been anyone.  Then they called back 4 more times!  I thought it was illegal to call on Sundays and after 9:00 p.m. at night which they also do numerous times a day.

They call my family. They are rude and unprofessional.

Call them back 10 times for every one they call you (" Oh Sorry wrong #, Hows the weather, do you have kids, where do you live etc)This takes up their time and cost them money. Eventually they will get the hint and stop, especially if the thousands of people they are harrassing do it constantly.

Got a lot of harrassing calls on my business line for somebody I don't know. I went out and got a caller ID and a computer program to auto dial out. When they call me I get the # and put it in the computer to auto dial. I call them 10 times for every 1 time they call me. Boy they didn't like that because it uses up their operators and cost them money. If everybody that is being harrassed by these vermon called back numerious times (oh I am sorry wrong #) it will clog their resources and maybe they will rethink their harrassing tecniques.

By the way , It is not illegle to call them back numerous times, if it was they wouldn't be able to harrass you the same way.

Continually get calls from this number.  Want them stopped now.

I'm getting 2 or 3 calls a day. I answered the first time and it's an automated thing that asks for someone I've never heard of. It tells me to press "3" if it's not me, so I press "3" and it says something like, "sorry for the inconvenience" and then tells me to hold the line while they update their records. The next day, 2 more calls. I accidentally answered again on about the 8th day and went through the whole "press 3" thing again and the calls resumed the next day. There's no option to speak to a human being and they're calling me on a pre-paid cell, so it's costing me money if I answer.

They call non stop. I NEED to know how to stop them...

call me all the time

This company or person calls all the time, at very odd times.  They have never left a message.  I would love to know who it is..I don't know anyone is Minnesota.  How do I stop them?

I get a call from this number 5 - 10 times per day on my cell phone.  It is getting annoying!

They call 5-7 times a day,for everytime they call im gonna call them 10times,they are killing me!!

i get calls from these people every damn day!!! i always tell them that the katheryn lady they are looking for does not live with me i dont know her and never have so take my number off of the list. today a guy called from the number again asked for her i said nope wrong number take me off your list he said well we have left messages for her here and i told him that duh thats what im telling you she dont live here and stop calling me he said well yes she does its listed here. i told him i wanted to speak with his supervisor he refused to put him on the phone and i said that i had the number he was calling from and that i would be turning it in and he just continued to argue with me saying that katheryn lived here and he wanted to talk with her!!!

Guy called. Asked for James. I said no James has ever lived here. Guy asked where James was. (I do know who he was looking for and I do know that James had called the night before to say he was at the bus station and headed for an another state.} I asked who the caller was. He refused to answer. I told him that I did know a James some years back, but sisce the caller refused to identify himself that I was hanging up on him. I did just that.

From what I've heard, this is a medical collections agency.  However, I have no medical bills, they're actually calling for someone who I have no idead who it is, and them calling constantly is annoying.  I've picked up a few times and let them know, but they're just rude, and insist that I'm lying.  Who cares.  I'll be calling my cell phone company to report harassing phone calls

received multiple calls over the last few days my girlfriend picked up this morning and said i wasnt home and they hung up I traced area code to minnesota but no other listing came up

Called yesterday morning and this morning.  Haven't answered.  Both times no messages were left.
