This person(?) has called me once a month in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The last time they called was 12/6/11. I picked up, and there was no response. I hung up after asking who it was a number of times.

I called the number back and got a loud piercing noise in my ear, I can't wait for them to call back, I have something for them too..

Got a call from 651-788-8387 at 11/28 at 4:29 PM CST.   Says Spoofed in caller ID.  This needs to be stopped.

Unknown on caller ID.  Has called now twice, 11/23 at 7:46 p.m. Minneapolis time, and 11/25/11 at 1:04 p.m.  No message left.

Caller ID Spoofing IS illegal!!! What is the reason to use this service like this, unless you are trying to ?defraud, cause harm or wrongfully obtain anything of value?. It takes a bottom feeder to use this service. Why else do it? Call it what you want, use whatever loophole in the law you can, it takes a real loser to use this service. This service should be shut down and the loser owner and all of the a**holes that use this service and put them all on a deserted island, That way they can call each other all they want. We need to bombard the website and their legal dept email with complaints. Just a thought.

I have had several calls from this number, and they don't leave a message

Called tonight, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Caller ID said "Spoofed."

Nov 17, 2011 - Got a call from this number. My machine kicked in but they didn't leave any msg, just hung up. ??

This number has called me everyday for the last 3 weeks.  The caller ID says Spoofed- is this some kind of cruel joke?   We are on the DNC list!

I got a call from 651-788-8387 at 7:15 pm on 11/13/11 - Sunday.  When I called back, just one long buzz.  I am also getting repeated calls from Morristown NJ that come up as unknown caller -- 973-944-1999.  When I called back, I got an immediate answering machine (woman't voice) to leave name & #.  Another time there was just dead air.

Vietnam Veterans of America called from this number to confirm a scheduled pick-up. The call and the pick-up were both legitimate.

My parents who live in Plymouth MN have been receiving calls from this number as well with the name "spoofed".  I called the number and just get a fax line sound. I blocked them on their phone.

This phone number calls frequently.  I never answer.  Who is it?  How can I get the calls to stop?

Received call from this number - caller ID showed up as SPOOFED. No message and when I call it back, just a long tone like a fax.....

I let the answering machine take it as the caller ID number said "spoofed". No message was left.  This is the second call that has said spoofed.  I never took note of the first number but it's been about a week and I'm assuming it was from the same number.

Third time I've been SPOOFED by this number.  First time was on Halloween, so I just figured it was a prank.  Will be reporting this to BBB or someone!

651-788-8387 is a Cellular Number owned by "Cellco Partnership dba Verizon Wireless".  If your caller ID states "spoofed" that is because your local telephone provider, who provides caller ID for you by looking it up in a national database realized that actual call originated from a location other than the 651-788-8387 number that was sent in the call stream.  This call is originating from somewhere else in the world/country and tried to fool the local telephone company. No matter who is calling, they are likely breaking the law in attempt to reach you.

I have my number registered with donotcall.gov and still get calls from "spoofed."

Got the same call as above from 651-788-8387.  Called it back and got a tone.  They have called several times.  Seems like a waste of their time and mine if they don't have a reason to call.

Definitely VVA - have the postcard they sent out in front of me.  Not sure why it comes in as SPOOFED.  But the funny thing is I put a bag out this morning for them as they already contacted me that they would have a truck in the area this morning.

so i got a call from this same number. @ 8:23pm. why call so late? plus the called id said spoofed. i dont know why it says that. any information you guys?

Spoofed called me 2nite, left no message... I am wondering if it is a candid camera/punk'd thing.  Good thing I can do some serious /ignoring of the phone ringing!
