I get a call from this number almost every night
around 2:00 am. just had my cell changed and
nobody has my new number.

Yes they are very annoying they call our contracting company daily sometime 2 times a day.  I have repeatedly asked them to stop and usually tell them to put me on the do not call list.  But today I asked for a supervisor and he informed me that if we as a business are listed in the Yellow Pages they have the right to call as much as they want.  Ok so i wrote Indianas attorny gerneral and ask about what rights we have as a business. I am now waiting for a reply.   But My Mom had a good Idea Next Time they call go ahead give them all false Info and then after wasting all their time say oh and by the way everything i just told you was fictitious and I'll be doing that every time you call (providing I have the Time lol) At least I'll be making their company waste some time and money too.

Also, you can report them to the FTC if you have been on the Do Not Call list for at least 31 days.  It is illegal for them to call you if you are on that list, or if you have previously requested to be removed.  If they do, you could legally sue them.

You can buy a phone recorder at your local Radio Shack. Record yourself asking them to remove you from their calling list. If they do not, you can sue them for harassment and have proof of it.

As ridiculous as that sounds "sue them" the only thing that will happen in the USA to make these companies stop being able to do this, is if someone pushes them with a lawsuit for all the are worth.

These idiots keep calling trying to sell me leads. They are the most annoying telemarketers ever. I've asked them numerous times to remove me from their list, they don't. They are a company trying to sell home improvement leads.
