I too receved this call. It was a man with foreign accent, claimed he was from PC Secure and wanted to inform me about unwanted programs coming onto my computer via Windows. He said everyone with "Windows" has this problem. He then told me to power on my computer and I lied and told him it had a virus and was not working.

He hung up on me after I said that.  Honestly...think about it, I call for repairs, they don't call me.

I also received a call from a man with a foreign accent. He said my computer was infected and to power on the computer so he could access and fix the problem. Duhhh, I am not stupid I told him the computer was all ready dead from a virus and he hung up. Excuse me...but I call for service, you don't call me.

How can I know they are not scanning me right now???

I received a call from a man with a foreign accent from this number.  He claimed to be part of PC Secure and wanted to tell me about unwanted programs installing while on the Internet.  When I asked for further details he hung up on me.

Told me about errors or a virus on my computer and asked to get access to remove them for me. Hope they burn...

I answered and this girl who could barely speak says...she was calling from Visa something and something else I asked her to repeat to no avail but it was 'about my computer, is that ok?"  No not OK who are you??? and they hung up...can not call the number back
