I JUST HANG UP ON THEM..NEVER ANSWER ANY PHONE NUMBERS THAT I DO NOT KNOW...KEEP CALLING AND WASTING TIME!!!

Keep getting a call from 1-855-249-8856 three times a day. Starting to piss me the f*** off.

Always missed call appeared on my phone this number 1 855-249-8856.stranger....beware....

got a call from this number  on several days, but no message left.. so has to be a scam..

Its  rogers cellphone credit recovery wanting paymt to the account when your behind in pymts.

Just an fyi it's actually Rogers customer service, and that's why they don't leave a message

I answered and he said he was calling on behalf of S&P Data (which is a 3rd party call centre) On behalf of Rogers. When I said I wasn't a Rogers customer he hung up abruptly.

When I called back I got a voicemail for Rogers sales, saying someone will return my call. I am with Rogers but I don't know why their sales department is calling me. So annoying! I hate when they don't leave messages but harassingly call over and over again.

I did a google search of myself and this came up.  As Skewes is very unusual name to find one with the spelling Skews is  surprising to say the least. While the derogatory comment may or may not be aimed at me, It could easily be perceived that way. For this reason I would like for you to either withdraw or clarify the defamatory statement made.
Because of the uniqueness of the name, I believe in any other venue this would be a valid case for litigation however the anonymity the internet offers you allows you to say whatever you like without consequences.

This number has been calling me at least twice a day everyday for the past 6 months and it is really annoying! I never picked up and finally decided to call them back just now to see who they are. After 3-4 rings got a VM saying 'thank you for calling roger sales department, your call is very important to us, please leave your name and number and a sales manager will get back to you shortly' SO IT IS ROGERS CALLING ME EVERYDAY!!! IS THERE A WAY TO BLOCK THEIR NUMBER???

This number calls me everyday - BUT THEY SAY NOTHING when I answer. Has anyone figured out how to make this stop?  If the person would only speak I could politely ask them to stop calling. Sales calls are irritating - but it's a job for some people, I get that. But what's the point in calling if your going to hang up on me anyway!!!!????

Called this number back as it just called on my cell phone, it had an automated message stating that I have called ROGERS SALES and to leave a message and an agent will call me back....ppffffttttt....as if I am going to leave a message to get harassed....i just blocked the caller :)

I called the number back, and it had a "ring" alternating between two tones.  No name, no answering machine.  Weird.

This is a dumb scammer calling to collect information. Ignore these idiots and report them to RCMP

this number has been calling almost every day for the past couple weeks.  i dont answer numbers if i don't know who it is. They never leave a voicemail.   They called today i finally answered it.  the guy was trying to offer me a deal from rogers.  

This number has literally been calling me 2-3 times a day for the past month now. It's f****ng annoying. I need this number to stop f****ng calling me. Every f****ng day, Sometimes at 10 am, sometimes at 8 pm. It has to f****ng stop I have had enough. I decided to pick up once and no one even answered. I called back the next day to cuss their life out and it said Rogers sales please leave your name and number bla bla. I don't have time for this s***

Been getting calls from same people as well. I've found out that Virgin (owned by Bell) sells default numbers to a collection agency. They in turn harass these former customers to collect the errant fees - even though these fees have never been substantiated. I owe nothing. My advice: do not return the call to plead your case. It will only reactivate the computer calling.

I have received numerous calls from this number and I'd like to block just it and wonder how to do this on my Android S3 phone.

I have been receiving calls twice a day from this number 855-249-8856. I never bothered to find out more, I don't answer calls unfamiliar to me. If, they can't leave a message it must not be important..... Just annoying.

This number has called me a lot of times in the past, already twice during lunch today, and one time on Sat. I am using a Samsung Galaxy, and there is a built-in function to block a number. It will automatically block it, but will still tell you that you have a missed call from this number. Well, as long as it doesn't ring it doesn't bother me as much. btw, I am using Rogers wireless.

It's Rogers telemarketing. I've run in to them before. I recently quit Rogers Cable and now they're trying to win me back. No chance. I have a call blocker on my cell, which was free, and now those Rogers calls don't even ring anymore, they go directly to the trash bin.
