got a call on my cell

it called me, it said someone shopping from a walmart or sears entred me i a travel contast and I won! wow! what a scam!

Caller ID said "TRAVEL SOS".  Wasn't home; no msg left.  I've taken a bunch of surveys on SURVEY MONKEY.  Wonder if they are behind this???

Mike, you shouldn't HAVE TO "OPT OUT" if you are already on the DoNotCallList.  In fact, if you DO attempt to 'opt out' it only tells the computer of these SCUMBAGS that they've reached a VALID WORKING NUMBER and then will CALL ALL THE MORE!!!

It funny how different people get different 'names' on the Caller ID; I've gotten all these names and more - and from all different numbers, as well.

ALWAYS BEST to JUST HANG UP without saying anything, if possible and report both to these sites to help warn others AND to the DNC LIST (REGISTER ALL YOUR NUMBERS, IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY) and let the Feds do their jobs.  (FEDS:  ***DO*** YOUR JOB!)

Got a call while we were out, but no msg left.  Caller ID said "Travel SOS".  Isn't it interesting that different people get different messages/Caller IDs from the SAME NUMBER?  If that doesn't spell "SCAM" I don't know what does.

WHY doesn't the Feds RAID these locations - if they can find Osama bin Laden, WHY?????? can't they FIND these SCUMBAGS and ANNIHILATE THEM in a flurry of BULLETS???  THAT would STOP all these calls in a HURRY!

I just got a call from this number yesterday. I am glad i did not answer now!

Got a call at 5:08 PM. No message. Have a boat for sale with my number listed ( craigslist) , but anyone serious in this  boat would have left a message.

I got a call from that number last night at 8:44pm - it went to voice mail, but no message. I live in Ontario and I'm also on the Do Not Call list...

Just received a call from this number.  Didnt answer... called back and it says our household was selected to receive free walmart gift vouchers.  Telemarketer

Got a call from this number about two hours ago.  Didn't answer it in time, so it showed as a missed call.

Got a call from 1-657-202-6940 saying that I or someone I know put my name in a draw at Zellers, Sears or Canadian Tire (none of these stores are affliated) for $1600 in travel dollars.  Not once did they mention my name.  I hung up.  Please don't press any buttons on your phone other than hanging up!  Scammers are scum!  I hope they read this!

Called it back. WCA Subscriber Services for gift cards, etc. rewarded for surveys. Says i subscribed in April.

There is an option to opt out/cancel. Had to call a second time to get that option though.

I got a call 2 hrs ago and I didn't answer cause I didn't know the number... I was hoping to figure out who it was.... Looks like they have been doing a lot of calling today since this started only 4 hrs ago... don't people have something better to do then call random numbers
