Got a call concerning a paid account. They say they are going to serve. Never gave a name of the company or the person calling. Gave me a "case" number. Can't find it in the court system. I think it's B.S. Second company that has done this.

I had teh exact same experience as noted above. Said they had been unable to directly contact me to serve a subpoena...which is BS, because I have been home and now where else for 2 weeks. They gave me a case # to use when I call - as if I will I am glad this site is set up like it is.

This is the number on the caller ID but the number that they ask you to call back is 949-945-5735. They say something about having a subpoena but haven't been able to find you. They've called me once but they had the wrong number.

my husband going through the same thing i think it is a scam let me know the outcome i spoke with the guy today and he just kept chuckling as i was voicing my concerns this company was listed on the police department from another person in north carolina as a possible fraud and i am waiting back a call from the police seargeant hopefully i will find something out

This a***ole by the name ben davis call and said I owed 6,000 on a city bank visa card and they need 10 Per of it now before they garnish my wages
