they called me today at work stating they were an attorney and they have a summons for me.  I told them that they should not be calling my work.  then she said for me to call this number 6578882516. I said what number is this for and she said Steven Associates. She said if I don't call they'll be sending me a summons me at work,  I don't know what this is.  

What did they say when you told them all this?  Did they send you something in the mail?

I got a call at 10:30am stating it was CTF and they are to deliver a summons to appear in court and to avoid any further legal issues I need call the firm at 657-888-2516 about a complaint number. They did not state my last name just my first. I have no complaints on me.

Same call, called my mother, and me. I called back, and they read my social security number to me, and said that it was in collection of a credit card from 2003 opened in VA, now over $4,000. I told him I have no idea what he is talking about, and that it isn't mine, and that I didnt live in VA in 2003. I then told him that either way in any state I have lived in that its way past the statute of limitations, and he said that it is now a fraud case, and that the wages that were listed were wrong. I told him either way I never opened it. I don't know what the hell he wanted me to do about it, but there wasn't anything on my credit report for it. Ridics.

Another of these call for this case number or go to court Monday. Called my mom my brother then called me. They block there number then leave the 888 number that won't accept a blocked call say they are Howard and assoc. anyone heard of them
