This number is similar to another # on my bogus call list (657-900-2465).  So I pick up and immediately hang up.  Figure it's just another robocall scam.  Think there's a new law they are trying to inact to limit robocalls but since a lot of them originate overseas, there's nothing the US can do for us.  All we can do is hangup on them.  

received a call from ibank trying to sell me names of banks that were interested in giving me a business loan for 99.00 the name of the caller was kevin  just sounds a little fishy  trying to find out if legit

This is IBANK! I get a call from this number and their other ones such as 619.202.4304 on regular basis, trying to sell me a business loan! Most likely fraudulent. FTC complaint number I filed on this business is
