They call all the time. Since I work from home, I switch to fax mode when I see it's them. That way, they get the annoying fax screech instead of my voicemail!  It's small, but it's the only thing I can do to empower myself. I have tried to call them back and rec'd the following recording: "the person you are calling cannot accept calls at this time."  Clearly, they are not a reputable source.

Voice mail said there was a message from this number, but all that got recorded was a split-second of someone's voice; too short to make out even a single word. Glad to know where the call came from - thanks to everyone who left comments about this number!

They claim to reduce credit card interest rates. I pressed "1" to tell the idiot to stop calling me.

The "Do Not Call Registry" is a joke. Don't bother with them. The FTC won't do squat either. After many years of filing reports and complaints with both, among a few other agencies, I have given up. With the lack of action on the part of the government to put a stop to these scams, it makes you wonder who the real scammers are.

These low-life slugs have been calling me for YEARS also, I just look at the caller ID, say FU and let it ring...LOL I even keep my answering machine turned off so they can't leave their cheesy recorded message.

I pushed 1 to speak to a rep.  I got transferred to steve and asked to be removed from the call list.  Steve replied, "can you give me a kiss so I can remove you from the call list".  I said "excuse me?"  He repeated himself.  I said "excuse me? what do you want?"  And he said "Kiss.  I need a kiss to remove you from the call list - kiss, K-I-S-S".  I asked to speak to a supervisor and he hung up on me,

I never answer phone numbers I don't know. If the call is important enough, they will leave a message. They didn't leave a message. So..............tough!

Card member services! again.  I hope to waste as much of there time as they waste of mine

I decided to take the call (I usually hang up).  When I told him (the accent was not indigenous to the US) never to call again, he said something that I didn't understand.  I asked him what he had said and he stated he'd asked how big my boobs are - how big are my breasts.  I hung up.

If the call starts with a recorded message, it is a scam, plain and simple. Don't waste your time talking to them unless you want to string them along and waste their time.

I'm with you, cappy. I keep adding these a**les to my blocked list, but they just change their number. Yeah, I want to do business with somebody that that literally breaks the law. Unfortunately, some idiots will respond. That's why these  dimwits keep at it. BAH!

Just got this call from these creeps. Im in middle of Georgia. looks like they are robo calling a big list.

If I should answer one of these calls I put them on hold.  They have no one to talk to and they can't leave a message.

04/08/2013 11:21 AM. Caller ID said "Unknown name". There was a recorded message offering to reduce my credit card interest rate. I pressed "1" to talk to a representative. "Chris" came on the line gave the company name as "Credit Card Services". When I said that I was on the Do Not Call list he hung up.

It has been suggested on this site that filing complaints and signing petitions does not work. Well, ranting and raving on a blog site has even less chance of working.

These people are so rude. They need to be put out of business because they sound like they are in misery.  I reported them and we all need to do this to the FCCA.  They have a website.  Good luck to us:)

No one there; left no message

Card Services have called us for years. At least 5+ years. We have asked repeatedly for them to stop. They also hang up when we asked to be removed.

They've called twice today stating it is my last and final warning to reduce my credit card debt and to press 1 to talk to an operator.  I press 1 and they hang up.  It's a recorded call.  Call back and get some guys VM but can't leave a message.

If you get a call from this telemarketer, please file a complaint with the FCC and FTC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. Information on their website says they have shut down five of these scams.

My wife got a call from this number and my wife waited patiently through their pre-recorded pitch.  When she reached a live person by staying on, she asked to be removed from the list.  The person hung up. Classless and rude.

I got the call yesterday, didn't answer and of course as soon as the voice mail picks up, they hang up. Very rude. I wish I could find out the name of the company. I would love to call them 50 times and then hang up

Picked up the phone, didn't even say hello and heard an automated message stating "This is card services and your last chance...." I hung up after that because I don't have a credit card and haven't had one in over 15+years so this has to be some type of scam.

Got hung up on also. They have no idea how determined I can be. I WILL get a result, even if I have to blow my local politician. Make a note of it, you jack***! You mess with somebody who has mental issues at your own risk!

Told them repeatedly NOT to call me and to remove me from their phone listing.  She promptly hung up on me.  How rude!
